I have two separate books: "The Exemplary Husband" by Stuart Scott (ISBN: 1885904215) and "The Exemplary Husband (Study Guide)" by Stuart Scott (ISBN: 1885904223). I cannot add them as separate books because they are combined on GR. Can we separate them?

Roxanne,In the future if you want to shelve two editions of the same book, you can do so. If you have a book shelved, under all the book information where it says "My Review" there should be two more links - "review this edition" and "switch to this edition." Review will add the currently selected edition to your shelves, and switch will more your rating/shelves/review/etc to the currently selected edition from the one you have added.
In this case, however, the Study Guide should not have been combined with the book so I did separate them. :)
What happens if you do own more than one copy (different editions) of the same title? I have that problem with a few "classic" stories. I seem to be able to shelve only one edition and add the condition, but if the condition if different for the other edition, I can only change one.
Here is the help page for reviewing multiple editions.Using an example of a book you currently have shelved, you have Persuasion ISBN#0192802631 shelved. Click on this edition: Persuasion ISBN#0141439688. Under the book details there is a bar that says "My Review" there should also be two links that say "review this edition" and "switch to this edition."
As I explained in my previous post, "review this edition" will allow you to shelve and edit your review (and condition) for that edition of the book. "Switch to this edition" will move your review from one edition to the other.
