Ari sat in a dark room, trying to read a small book. The door opened and she whipped around to see her brother looking at her, kindly.
"You can't read without light." he teased and put a candle on the table beside her table. Ari looked up at him and smiled slightly.
"Thanks." she managed to whisper.

Sai sat on a fallen tree in the forest."Dreams that can't come true....like the dream of telling someone,I love you."She spoke softly.

Blanche picked an apple from the tree and bit into it.

Cedrik left his sister to read and went outside. He made a huge hill of ice stairs and a HUGE slick slide going down the other side. He made a board of ice and surfed down it, yelling with fun and excitement. He laughed. He loved this.

[Spades]

Sai heard Cedrik.Fear crept into her mind as she cautiously made her way towards the noise.

Cedrik ended his ride and ran back up, going down again, whooping like a child.

[Spades]

Sai saw Cedrik.She was going to wave,but the fear still lingered.

Blanche looked at Kaala.She waved back.

Cedrik looked over and saw Sai. He jumped off the slide and took his ice board in his hand. He waved, grinning hugely. "Hey! Wanna try it?" he called happily.


Ari put the book up and looked at the candle flame. She stared into it, letting the reflection shine in her one red eye and one silver eye. Then she narrowed her eyes slightly and the flame burst into shadow, going out. She stood, suddenly very angry. She kicked the table the cadle was on, knocking it over. She punched the wall, making a huge hole. Outside, the sky began to turn black and the plants began to wither and die.

Ari narrowed her eyes to slits. Her fists clenched. Whatever Fae was doing wasn't working. She threw her arms out, knocking Fae away. Her eyes glowed blood red and skeletons began to emerge from the ground. Seeing her past in her mind, she screamed with rage and a swirling black cloud engulfed her.


Cedrik looked up at the blackening sky. "Ari!" he whispered, running back to her room.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Ari closed her eyes. Her heart felt cold and dead. The love battled the dread inside. She opened her eyes and looked at Fae. Her eyes were back to their normal colors. She sighed.
"Sorry." she murmured. Just then, Cedrik burst into the room. He took one looked at the scene and sighed with relief. He walked to his little sister and put his arm around her, whispering to her. He gave Fae a thankful nod.

Ari felt a tear slip down her cheek as Cedrik told her comforting things. But they didn't comfort her. "I'm gonna go for a walk." she murmured and pushed him away, disappearing into shadow and reappearing in the shadows of a tree in the mortal world.


Cedrik sighed as his sister disappeared. Then he picked up the broken table and fixed the leg. Then he picked up the candle and held it in his hand. He looked at, no feeling in his whiteish blue eyes. A picture of him, his sister, and their mortal mother picking flowers and laughing together flashed in his gaze. Then another came of Zeus grabbing his thrashing and crying and panicking sister in his arms and Cedrik running at him, yelling. Their dead mother lay on the ground, covered in blood, their father weeping over her. He sighed and stuck the candle in his pocket and fixed the hole in the wall with a mirror of glass.

Cedrik glared at her. "It's not her fault. You can't banish her to the underworld!" he hissed through clenched teeth. This was suggested to him by Zeus once and it had come true for a little over month.

Ari narrowed her eyes. Couldn't these people leave her alone? "What?" she asked rudely, crossing her arms.

Ari narrowed her eyes. "Fine." she said. "Just going to visit someone." she ignored the calls of Niali. She didn't feel like talking to anyone but her father right now.

Ari sighed when she knew she could get rid of Karla. She walked up to a small cabin and knocked on the door. An old, frail man, looking very tired opened the door. But when he saw Ari, his dark brown eyes brightened.
"Ari!!" he cried happily, hugging her. Ari smiled for the first time in ages and surprisingly hugged him back.

The man smiled at his niece. "Hey there!" he said cheerfully. He ushered them both inside. He kept one arm around Ari.

Cedrik crossed his arms. "I doubt it. You can't kill the goddess of death. You really need to stop the lying, Kaala."

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Cedrik rolled his eyes. He didn't want to believe Kaala. "How did she die?" he asked rudely.

Cedrik just couldn't stop looking at Fae. How and why did Kaala do this? It was horrible!! But he had seen worse

Blanche felt a ton of betrayal at the cabin.She knocked on the door.

Blanche glanced At Kaala."Whats her problem?"

Blanche smirked."You don't?"

Blache looked at Karla."I have no idea."

[Spades]

"Calm down.Just because I'm the goddess of betrayal dosnt mean that I did this."Blanche said.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Ari looked after Karla, but didn't follow her. She began to talk with her father.


Cedrik shook his head. "Kaala did it." he told Karla.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Cedrik shrugged. "I guess I am a little." he muttered.

[Spades]

"I am,but not compared to the goddess of lying."Blanche said.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Cedrik nodded. "So uh what exactly do i say? Fae is alive still?" she looked down at her and she twitched.


Ari turned in her chair as a knock sounded at the door of her father's house. her father got up and walked to the door.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Cedrik exhaled deeply. "Fae you're still alive. You're breathing and living and having fun still. You're still alive." he said quietly.


Ari watched as her father came back in the room with a boy. He was tall with black sketchy hair and dark blue eyes. He froze when he saw her.
"Daniel this is Ari, my daughter," the frail man said. "Ari this is Daniel. He has been taking care of me for a while now." he confessed.
"Hi." the boy said, grinning.
"Hey." Ari said. Suddenly pain crashed through her head. She gasped and struggled to hold onto her chair so she wouldnt fall to the floor. This hadn't happened too many times. Her father and the boy ran over to her.
"Titans!" she gasped the one word. Her father stared in horror.
"Go!" he whispered. "I'll be fine!"
Ari nodded slightly and disappeared in a cloud of shadow. She was back on Mt Olympus.

Ari jumped on Shay's back and gripped a spike. The pain in her head slowly faded.

Cedrik sighed, relived. "Kaala happened." he told her, helping her up.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Cedrik felt the pain too.
"I can tell!" he muttered, catching himself on the door as he felt faint. just then, Ari and Shay burst into the room.
"Titans!" they exclaimed together.

[Ivyscar ~Echo~]

Ari ran up to some titans and glared at a bunch surrounding her.
"Die." she hissed, and the first row turned to ash and blew away.


Cedrik ran forward, shooting titans in the faces and "wrong spots" with icesicles from his bare hands.

Ari kept killing titans just by saying that word. Soon they began to back off, realizing they had no chance of killing the goddess of death.

Ari shrugged, eyes dark red.

Ari shrugged again. "You all may worry about dying, but it's really not so bad. You just...feel cold all the time..." she mumbled.

Sora walked around Mt. Olympus not knowing or understanding what was happening. She let out a relived sigh when she found Hestia's hearth and sat.
