New Polls to vote for

Friends,
I find that there is a dismal response to polls put in the group. The reason for it may be that polls are invisible most of the time. You have to actively go to the topmost right corner of the Indian Readers homepage and then click on the 'Polls' word highlighted in greenish font to go to the polls.
Most polls have a starting and finishing date. You may vote till the finishing date.
I am sure most of us love voting on polls (I do :D) and will invariably end up participating in all new polls.

Just wanted to know the protocol.. Are the themes pre selected or can we suggest the themes for the next month poll?

If so can we have booker prize winners?

Am guessing u meant the genres as the themes. They r pre selected, but we will add booker prize winners too and will let you know. We would like to come up with a fixed calender based on which one will always know which genre/theme is up for the coming months.

Oh cool.. I did think it was a theme like women authors or sports bios, if its genres then fine too. And calendar is a great idea.
