Should our group also have a montly book to listen?

Well someone has to be willing to put up a group read thread and moderate the discussion and put together a list of choices of books or if you want to do choice of genre and put a poll.
Or start a thread first for recommendations then do a poll of those so it isn't just one person picking, everyone can recommend a book then put them all in a poll and whatever wins will be the group read.

I think it needs a moderator to put up a poll.
First thing we probably need to decide is if we're going to go for a genre/theme or not. From there we'll need some rules ( eg how long are the group 'reads'? do we choose one book (or genre) per read or a selection? How many books can each person nominate? etc.)
