"you may not like what someone does but you don't punish for victory, you get revenge"

"What kind of revenge?"

"one that, as i think you would put it, isn't legal" she said

[Zachman]

"There is no need for revenge! He didn't win anything! You didn't lose anything! He assaulted you and you got your feelings hurt, and a little rattled, that's all! You don't need to hurt him!"

she looked at him confused "He had an objective and he achieved it" she said.

[Zachman]

"That doesn't mean you lost! And no he didn't! You don't even wanna know what his objective was!"

[Fiamata]

she became even more confused. "then what was his objective?"

[Zachman]

Charles whispered it in her ear.

[Fiamata]

jinx thought about it and instantly started to feel better. "you're right, no need for revenge" she said. she was glad she had stopped him before he could do anything else

"Yes, no lets go back inside."

she nodded

Charles walked back inside with her.

They spent the rest he day in school. Afterwards, charles bought Jinx popcorn like he promised.

jinx happily ate the popcorn, the day momentarily forgotten

Charles sat on a bench while he waited for her to finish. She really liked popcorn.

she finished quickly

"Ready to go?"

Charles snuck them back into the house.

when they got to the room she sat on the bed

"So whatcha wanna do?"

"not watch tv" she said

"Oh hey! I grabbed a flyer for the track team. I know you like to run so I thought you would be interested."

"flyer?" she asked

[Zachman]

"An advertisement on a piece of paper. So do you want to try out?"

Charles got to work on some homework.

"It's getting late, we should probably go to bed."
