Charles walked out, his brain full of all new useless information.

Jinx followed him, her mind spinning. Things that Prof. McGreggor had told her were starting to contradict what the teachers were telling her

Charles sneaked them back into the house. He sat down on the bed, rubbing his eyes.

"you ok" she asked

"Just tired."

she nodded

"Aren't you tired?"

she shook her head. she had been wired the entire day, expecting to see that guy again, it scared her that she didn't

"Really? Not even the slightest bit tired?"

"no" she said

"Maybe it's all that radioactivity."

she smiled slightly "maybe" she couldn't shake her bad feeling and anxiety, "I'm going to go for a run, by myself, is that ok?"

"Um, ok. Just be back soon."

[Fiamata]

she nodded and snuck out of the house. she went to the lake, no one was there for a moment. she had stopped by the waters edge and looked at her reflection. she turned around slowly when she heard a twig snap. she was surrounded by 13 men and she felt her arm pulse. I knew it

[Zachman]

Charles couldn't sleep until she got back. He was wondering where she was.

[Fiamata]

she transformed her arm into the rechtor cannon.she began to lightly glow blue as she powered up and thats when they lounged at her, but it was too late. she jumped high backwards, shooting the rechtor cannon at them and landed in the water as and explosion of fire incinerated the the men.

[Zachman]

Charles decided to go look for her. He went to the school and didn't find her. He went to the clothing store and didn't find her. He then went to the lake and he found her there, soaking wet. And he also found the dead men.

[Fiamata]

She climbed out of the lake, shivering cold and her hair dripping wet. she looked at the men dead, becoming numb inside and out, and then she saw Charles and the only emotions she felt were shame and hate.

[Zachman]

"What happened" he half screamed.

[Fiamata]

"t-they were going to take me back" she said quietly, feeling scared

[Zachman]

"Well you didn't have to kill them!"

[Fiamata]

she started shaking "i-i-i couldn't stop i-it"

[Zachman]

Charles sighed, knowing she probably didn't know any better. "Come on let's get you home before you get hypothermia" he said wrapping his jacket around her.

[Fiamata]

She shrunk under his jacket and looked at her feet

[Zachman]

Charles sneaked them back into the house, but only barely. He led her up stairs and told her to go change into dry clothes.

[Fiamata]

she began changing automatically. her mind was numb, she didn't think, she simply obeyed

[Zachman]

Charles faced turned red and he quickly turned around.

she finished changing and just stood there

[Zachman]

"A-are you done?"

[Fiamata]

"yes" she said quietly

[Zachman]

Charles turned around. "Are you still cold?"

[Fiamata]

she nodded

[Zachman]

"Alright get under the covers, and if your still cold in a moment tell me. I am gonna go make you some soup."

[Fiamata]

she crawled into the bed

[Zachman]

Charles went to go get some soup and brought it back up. "Here" he said handing her the soup.

[Fiamata]

she took it but didn't do anything

[Zachman]

"You aren't gonna eat it?"

[Fiamata]

"I'm sorry" she said

[Zachman]

"What for?"

[Fiamata]

"I killed them i'm sorry, i'm sorry" she said shaking again, this time not from cold but from fear. when she killed people in the lab, she was punished severely, she was expecting the same to happen now "Please forgive me i'm sorry"

[Zachman]

"It's alright. Just calm down."

[Fiamata]

she looked up at him, her eyes were wide and she still shook, but it was calming down

[Zachman]

'Are you still cold?"

[Fiamata]

she nodded "I'm getting warmer"she said quietly

"Drink the soup."

[Fiamata]

she nodded and did as she was told
