Many people are turned off when the subject of Jesus comes up, because most of the time the people bringing it up are religious freaks that want to drop their knowledge on you. The reality is Jesus himself would probably walk away from these people. In this book you get a very in touch analysis of what Jesus was teaching from a non-religious point of view. So much of His teaching was lost in translation over the years as the Church cut and pasted scripture to accomodate their needs of the day, most of the time converting the masses and controlling them by a fusion of church and state. This book gets back to the basics, and is very deep...it depicts just how advanced Jesus was in his wisdom....and how 2000 years later we are still far from reaching Him or even understanding what he is really saying. Read this...slowly. Then read it again.
