I agree! I didnt even finish it because I couldnt put myself through the pain! haah

Becki I read both but i'd have to choose Fallen cuz I absolutely hate Twilight it's getting old pretty freaking fast. I am so sick it.

Normal1972 How can you even ask that. . . Twilight of course. Fallen is a nice love story, but only the first book is interesting. After that, its just borring.

hell no
Twlight sucks balls!!

message 157: by Carrie (new) - rated it 4 stars

Carrie Marshall Fallen is too unrealistic, floating through shadows to different time and space, they are both fiction...but I feel more toward Twilight, I can feel the love from Bella and Edward, I am just beginning to feel Luce's and Daniel's bond...we have to wait for the next book.

message 158: by Karina (new) - rated it 2 stars

Karina Tenija i've read both Fallen and Twilight. I've read all the Twilight series, but never really got my hands on the second book of Fallen. I get how people may think the two books are similar, but Fallen didn't really jump off the page, if you know what i mean.. it's forgettable. But i also think Twilight is so cheesy and badly written. So much more better books out there.

message 159: by Mehnaz (new) - added it

Mehnaz Both of them suck...but Twilight sucks less, because it's pretty well written, Fallen lacks that as well...

message 160: by China (new) - rated it 3 stars

China Duncan I agree with Mehnaz...they both sucked. But Fallen series over Twilight because I'm proud to be a Twilight hater :) (no offense to those who like sparkly vampires)

Nurlely Mehnaz wrote: "Both of them suck...but Twilight sucks less, because it's pretty well written, Fallen lacks that as well..."

How is Twilight pretty well written? The romance is nice but the fantasy is awful.

message 165: by Serena (new) - rated it 2 stars

Serena Twilight. Fallen is a good one but I am not very keen about the whole angel - stuff and as someone else mentioned: it is very confusing. Not a clean story. With Twilight it's straight forward.

Serena wrote: "Twilight. Fallen is a good one but I am not very keen about the whole angel - stuff and as someone else mentioned: it is very confusing. Not a clean story. With Twilight it's straight forward."

yea, but it's Fallen is only complicated because Twlight either have no brain or no imagination.

message 167: by Serena (new) - rated it 2 stars

Serena Georgia: We all have our own opinion. And that is yours.

PostCardashian Kim I think fallen is worse than twilight. tho it seems apart from jacob all the boys in the stories are a bit weak.

message 169: by Amy (new) - rated it 5 stars

Amy Lignor I have to go with Fallen - Fallen, Torment and Passion had that 'vibe' that I still remember every line. Twilight...sorry

Nurlely Serena wrote: "Twilight. Fallen is a good one but I am not very keen about the whole angel - stuff and as someone else mentioned: it is very confusing. Not a clean story. With Twilight it's straight forward."

So Fallen is good but you chose Twilight because the whole angel stuff is confusing?

I think it sounds like someone who was asked which cake she wanted more, chocolate or strawberry and said, I think the strawberry cake looks fantastic, but since I do not like strawberry, I choose chocolate.

message 171: by Kenzie (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kenzie Loved the Fallen series, Twilight well its good too.

message 172: by Carla (new) - rated it 4 stars

Carla I loved both series, but I find myself wanting to re read the Twilight series and finish off Fallen when the new book comes out. Meyer's style of writing seems much more developed and enjoyable. Definitely Twilight.

message 173: by Ashley (new) - rated it 1 star

Ashley i would have to go with twilight all the way... fallen is tourture to read its just soo boring, but maybe i feel that way because the story line has already been done

Serena wrote: "Georgia: We all have our own opinion. And that is yours."

yes we do. that is mine.

message 175: by Carrie (new) - rated it 4 stars

Carrie Marshall Ah Twilight hands down, but Fallen is a good read...just drawn way o u t......

message 177: by Diane (new) - rated it 5 stars

Diane They are such totally different stories that you really can't compare them. I like them both but for some reason Twilight seems like it's written better.

Theodora ive read both and i luv both so either one is fine.

message 179: by Shira (new) - rated it 3 stars

Shira don't like them both! :(

message 180: by Liz (new) - rated it 5 stars

Liz Calderone Fallen

message 181: by Milena (new) - rated it 5 stars

Milena I think that there is no doubt that Fallen is better than Twilight. on the other hand, I like Edward more. But twilight is definetly cheesy. But it's still okay.
I think that Bella made the right choice by going with Edward, cause Jacob was just too, meh. Just meh.

message 182: by K (new) - rated it 2 stars

K Twilight

message 183: by Caro (new) - rated it 3 stars

Caro I've read both and without second thoughts I choose Twilight. I just wanted to read more and more!
I don't know how I finished Fallen.

Aurélie Definatly Fallen. And all the others! At first its kinda boring but afterwards it a must-read for anyone.

message 185: by Lorena (new) - rated it 5 stars

Lorena Frias Nurlely wrote: "I like Fallen series, all the books. I think book 1 of Twilight series is okay. I did not have the same interest with the sequels. I think the fantasy world in Twilight series is a mess. Personally..."

I AGREE 100% WITH YOU :)

message 186: by Micah (new) - rated it 3 stars

Micah I'm not a twilight fanatic(love the movies but haven't read the books) and I just finished disappointing book of Fallen.

If I had to vote based on a character, I vote fallen since i adore Cam.

But the better series is Twilight(I'm basing it off the movies).

At least Edward & Bella FEEL real. Luce/Daniel do not feel real. Even bella & Jacob feel real.....Luce/cam do as well.

For a much stronger premise, Fallen just disappoints me. Twilight is just a straight vampire love story. Fallen had the ability to be so much more than it was and the book just bored me.

message 187: by Abigail (last edited Oct 27, 2011 02:40AM) (new) - rated it 3 stars

Abigail Jones I don't really have much of a preference, I like them both about equally. Probably, Fallen had a bit more mystery to it, but Twilight was more romantic... still, I liked them both about evenly. I think I would have chosen twilight, but the whole 'Rosaline and Emmett had sex for ten years' and 'Jacob falls in love with her daughter' thing sort of creeped me out a little bit (lol, I know, I know), so maybe Fallen, by a smidgen. Not too happy about Luce's whining about being away for all of 12 days, though.

message 188: by [deleted user] (new)

i choose the twilight saga. the story is so touching and so perfect but the fallen series are a bit confusing. plus twilight got better and better but i think that passion was a mess...

Lavender I didn't like Fallen very much, but I read Twilight before it was cool and liked it a lot, and then it got annoying.
I choose Twilight.

message 190: by Kimi (new) - rated it 3 stars

Kimi I actually don't have a major problem with Twilight. As far as plot goes, it was easy to understand what was going on but a little too easy to understand what would happen at times.

With Fallen, I feel like more things should have been explained in books 2 and 3. Yet I feel as though I didn't learn anything new from book 3. I definitely dislike Luce way more than I dislike Bella. And I love far more characters in Twilight than in Fallen where I only like maybe 2 or 3 characters.

TWILIGHT! =)

message 191: by Anonymous (new)

Anonymous Although i prefer HUSH HUSH out of both these novels i've got to say out of fallen and twilight i choose fallen. I'm not a twilight fan at all. just saying

message 192: by Haidi (new) - rated it 3 stars

Haidi Carrie wrote: "OMG! Twilight hands down. The series is straight forward and a true vamp love story that ends beautifully! Fallen starts out confusing, I am still confused at book 3, and can only hope for a goo..."

Couldn't have put it better myself Carrie! I too have found the fallen series confusing and a bit boring, I'm hoping that the 4th book gives us lots of answers and some good "love" moments! Twilight was easy to read, follow and a series I couldn't put down. Totally different stories.

message 193: by Ivana (new) - rated it 3 stars

Ivana Neither.

message 194: by [deleted user] (new)

both are stereotypical, damsel-in-distress books. both girls went after a guy who had made it clear that he wasnt interested. NEITHER!!

message 195: by Kenzie (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kenzie Kristina wrote: "both are stereotypical, damsel-in-distress books. both girls went after a guy who had made it clear that he wasnt interested. NEITHER!!"

Um wrong. Both guys secretly loved the girls but they had to try to make sure the girls didn't like the boys because they would be in danger if they were to fall in love. To me thats a great type of story.

Nurlely * Kimi *....!!!! (hugging Kimi)

How is life? Although I think it is still the same here as it was months ago. Miss u....^ ^

Okay, back to topic.

I prefer Fallen. Twilight sucks. The idea was meant to be fresh before it went nowhere. Its fantasy is so awful I regret reading it. But its romance is great although I can read the same awesomeness in romance novels. Twilight was meant to be romance novel rather than some messy fantasy novel.

message 197: by Cat (new) - rated it 4 stars

Cat I CAN'T PICK!!!!!! DARNIT!!!!!!!!!

message 198: by Kim (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kim Le Fallen Fallen Fallen. Always.

chinami Cant choose. Different themes.

Jessica Clay Fallen, but only because it has more of a sense that you can relate too.
I Mean who believes that vampires really exist?
We can all have our own 'angels'
Fallen is alot more like a true love story, and less like a fake one that is made up...
I Love both books but, defiantly Fallen.
(i still need to read the rest of the series.. O MY)
