Midnight and the Meaning of Love question

I am so late, but finally found out about this novel and finished reading it last week. I truly believe Akemi will leave once she gets older and will get tired of playing second fiddle to Chiasa. Chiasa will venture out in the world because she is the female version of him and has to keep moving like her father said she would . . . she has a "need" to do this. Midnight will more than likely marry Bangs, and I believe it is Bangs who Winter saw at her mother's funeral.

I like that Midnight took Bang's Uncle. You never know what could happen next in life for Bang. I would read a book about Bang's. The book should be a lot more then just a hood book about a single mother.

I wanted to know more about Bangs, it felt like her and Midnight had unresolved issues.

I knew once Bangs came back to tell Midnight about her grandmother, that Midnight might do something to Bangs uncle. I was sure he would do something to the uncle when he tried to call Bangs. I felt a bit guilty to be 'happy' that Midnight did do something to the uncle before he left for Japan. I don't think it made matters worse. I DO think Bangs will always feel that Midnight had something to do with it and she will do well with her life. I'm sure the next Midnight book will have Bangs in it but I'm not too sure I would want them to get any closer to one another than they already are. One of my peoples actually thinks that Midnight and Bangs will get married one day but I don't.

I really wish Bangs and Midnight would get together. I feel bad for Akemi and the fact that shes playing second fiddle to another woman!! Im not too enthused about where this story is headed anymore. When i heard about a sequel to Coldest Winter Ever, naturally i assumed Winter would be grown and out of jail and married to Midnight. LOL. Wishful thinking. Now im just all sorts of confused. Midnight sounds like a dreamy ass guy till you remember hes a baby. And the new wife just annoys me i dont know why. Im so emotional when it comes to this series. *runs away crying*
