Same ISBN, different book (author/title)

Newbie librarian and didn't want to screw anything up. Trying to add the book I hold in my hand to my shelf but ISBN retrieves completely different book. I have:
Ruth Rendell
A Sight for Sore Eyes
0385258550, 9780385258555
Doubleday Canada Limited

But I keep retrieving with ISBN book Firebird.

That happens sometimes. It's usually the second type of alternate cover issue.

Oddly on Shelfari it almost appears as an omnibus with other titles. Reader's Digest is mentioned. So there's no issued with manually entering it with the same ISBN?
