Course readers?

What's the policy on something like this?

It appears to be a course reader--that is, a collection of articles packaged together by a copyshop for a professor teaching a specific class. Does that count as a book?

IMHO I would call this 'not a book' personally, and it should be deleted.
However, it would be best to message the person who added it and ask them for more information on the title, to clarify exactly what the content is before deleting.
