Audrey ~ EXO-L (lunewhisper7) Hi everyone! I don't know if I can read all of the Young Adult books because my dad thinks that they are inappropriate! I didn't know that Fallen was a romance book, it didn't say that in the summary online! But I am going to try to read it anyway! I'm reading fallen right now!

Dad is only trying to protect his baby, mind sometimes he forgets his baby is not quite the small person he thinks she is. I had the same problem with my Dad, my mum told him she grew up give her space to breathe!

Audrey ~ EXO-L (lunewhisper7) @Jessica:

SMALL kiss? Do you see how the author just completely zoomed in on the kiss??? Gosh, it gave me heebie-jeebies, whenever i see or read about kisses--i turn in to a complete weirdo!

I finished Fallen!

Maybe it's just because we haven't been kissed on the lips before?

message 10: by Audrey ~ EXO-L (new)

Audrey ~ EXO-L (lunewhisper7) LET'S BE CRAZY!!!

OH NO, YOU KISSED BEFORE!!??

MegT and I are too young to kiss, because we are **. That was our age. But you probably know it already...

message 11: by Audrey ~ EXO-L (new)

Audrey ~ EXO-L (lunewhisper7) Good, we're 10.

Firestormkittycat I'm 15 and I haven't kissed yet. I can't date till I'm 16.

Firestormkittycat Same!! I'm not positive it's 16, but I'm guessing. I haven't brought it up yet.

message 14: by Audrey ~ EXO-L (new)

Audrey ~ EXO-L (lunewhisper7) haha, some guy in first grade kissed me on the shoulder...my friend got kissed on the lips...disgusting, why are we talking about kissing now??

Cos that's what tweenies do, you will always remember your first proper kiss, maybe with disgust but remember it you will, and your nose always has a habit of being in the wrong place at the wrong time no matter how small and unobtrusive it normally is.

It's like it knows when to get in the way! Maybe that is where the saying 'sticking your nose in' is derived from?

Haha...she called me a Tweenie...it makes me sound like a brand of hot dog. :-/ LOL!"

No that's a twinkie (I think)! A tweenie is a youngster in between adulthoold and childhood, neither one nor the other. It's a term of endearment. Don't you get Jake, Bella, Milo and Fizz in America?

Firestormkittycat A Twinkie is not a hot dog. It's this long narrow cake thing with creme inside and I think it's deep fried so it's really bad for you.

message 18: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments See you learn something new every day, I thought it was a hot dog! I had always imagined people eating hotdogs when they said twinkies!

message 19: by Sam (new)

Sam (lit-brit) A Twinkie is not normally deep fried, it comes in a packet and is soft and squishy although they are SO artificial that if you leave them in your cupboard they will still be soft and squishy years later!!!!!! If you go to an outdoor festival they usually have Fried Twinkie stands, I myself have never had one, just can't stomach even the thought of them!!

message 20: by Sam (new)

Sam (lit-brit) Not sure if I can even think of defiling an Oreo, the god of cookies!! Unless they are covered in chocolate then they are pure heaven :)

Heehee....I am sure along with Cockroaches, Twinkies will be the only survivors of a Nuclear Falout ;)

message 21: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Jessica wrote: "Nuclear fallout...wow, we are such optimists *sarcastic voice*

But LOL, I definately agree. But fried Oreos are a lot better than you'd think, honestly."

somewhere in Scotland they fry Mars Bars in batter! I can't think of anything more disgusting than a soggy bar of fried chocolate!

message 22: by Sarah (new)

Sarah Weldon (sarahrweldon-author) | 6045 comments Jessica wrote: "Can chocolate even fry? It'll melt..."

I think maybe they freeze it first!

message 23: by Sam (new)

Sam (lit-brit) Battered Mars Bar.........HECK NO!!!!! Just leave chocolate to be enjoyed as it was intended, with caramel ;) LOL

message 24: by Audrey ~ EXO-L (new)

message 26: by Audrey ~ EXO-L (new)
