What Has Changed?

As one of the editors and writers in this book, I wanted to solicit feedback from readers of the book. When we pulled together the collection, we knew that this kind of discussion around technology would fall victim to "timeliness" -- ie, that the more time that passed from publication to reading, the more "old" the technology might seem to readers.
So, what has changed since we wrote this book?
Is technology more of the norm or are we still struggling with how to best implement it?
And how does the national Common Core Curriculum now fit into this debate?
