Shay I'm a little late, but better late than never right?

Day 1: The Order of the Phoenix
(though it's really dark and depressing...I love reading how angst and angry Harry is in the book, it's great lol!)

Day 2: Hmm, I don't know, it's between The Deathly Hallows part 2 (though the epilogue was killing me), and Chamber of Secrets, and Goblet of Fire.

Day 3: Watching The Prisoner of Azkaban and Order of the Phoenix made me so angriest because they way too many important things!
The Prisoner of Azkaban: the Marauder's Map and other things I can't remember (since I haven't read the book in years...)

The Order: Not seeing Neville's story and how he was almost in Harry Potter's shoes was my biggest disappointment for the movie...

Day 4: Dolores Umbridge, urg! She made me so angry I wanted to tear some pages out and break a DVD that wasn't even mine! She's so arrogant and horrible and evil!! However, great character.

Day 5: Harry! He's the protagonist, I cannot help but love him!

message 52: by Sean (new) - rated it 5 stars

Sean the jedi wizard time traveling ninja day 22 harry Potter is better

:(

message 54: by Tori (new) - rated it 5 stars

Tori day 5: RON WEASLY<3<3<3

Troels Day 5: The most fascinating character of the Harry Potter books is Professor Snape, he is really a great character. But then again he is not my favourite character, that must be Harry for his courage or Ronald Weasley for his friendship and support.

Brittany Day 5: oi. how could I possibly choose between Ron, Neville, Harry, Dumbledore or Snape?

Danielle Day Five: harry (of course),.... um, all of the good guys? I can't choose just one! I love them all! Hmm except for maybe percy cause he disowned his family in the fifth one, but even then each character gives their own part that makes this series amazing which makes chooseing one difficult for me.

Michelle Day 6: I'm a Slytherin girl all the way. Draco Malfoy? Yes, please. Besides that, Slytherins do it in the dungeons. ;)

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) Danielle wrote: "Danielle wrote: "Day 3: off the top of my head when I first saw ella enchanted in theaters it made me so annoyed. I was mostly annoyed by the fact they added an evil uncle. The movie has grown on m..."

I.K.R.? They got the mirror in the 7 part 1 & 2, but, they didn't get it in the 5th???

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) Day 4: Cho Chang. She annoys me. To much crying. I mean, I can understand she is in pain, but, seriously? Stop the crying. Be tough girl! Ach.

Michelle Day 7: Favorite female character would probably be McGonagall. Especially in the later books, she is such a bad ass. And I loved that line in the movie when she charmed the suits of armor to guard the school and then grinned like a little girl and said, "I've always wanted to use that spell!" That was awesome.

Troels Day 7: Hermione in the first place because I can see some of myself in her, then Luna (who doesn't want a friend like her) and McGonagall because she is the though.

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) Day 5: Neville Longbottom. He's awesome. I love the way he is. :)

message 64: by Shay (new) - rated it 5 stars

Shay Day 6: I would like to be in Griffendor so I'd get a chance to hug Harry, but I'd probably be placed in Hufflepuff.

Day 7: It's between Luna Lovegood and Hermione. I love Luna because she's a laid back witty girl who's just awesome! Hermione's smart and idk, she grows on you after 7 books lol

Danielle Day Six: I wouldn't mind being in either Griffendor or Ravenclaw. But I would not want to be in Slyterin. I would be like harry with the sorting hat saying, "Not Sylterin. Not Sylterin."

message 67: by Danielle (last edited Aug 06, 2011 07:28PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Danielle Day Seven: Luna, because her and I are alot alike and she doesn't really care what anyone else thinks of her.

message 68: by Kate (new) - rated it 2 stars

Kate Sorry guys, I have a little catching up to do.

Day five: I think my favorite male character would have to be Lupin. There was something so loyal and loving about his character that I fell in love.

Day six: I would want to be in Hufflepuff. They were kind of the outcasts, but they were taught to be the most accepting of others for that fact (or that was the impression I got)

Day seven: My favorite female character would be McGonagall. She is like some kind of Mother Goddess. She is the most powerful female (in my opinion) in the entire series, not even just magically, but she is the most determined as well. She's the kind of woman I want to be.

Michelle Day 8: My favorite class would be Transfiguration. Maybe Charms.

Danielle Day Eight: Hmm this is a tough one. I think any of the classes that i would have to learn spells would be a fun challenge. Potions could be fun; it is kind of like cooking. Oh i almost forgot Astronemy, I think that one would be high up there on my favorites list.

message 71: by L-H (new) - rated it 4 stars

L-H Day 1: Order of the Phoenix

Michelle Day 9: My least favorite male character is Lucius Malfoy, probably. At first he's a pompous ass and then, instead of having any redeeming qualities at all, he turns into a sniveling coward. J.K. sure knows how to dream up a character we can love to hate.

message 73: by Kate (new) - rated it 2 stars

Kate Day Eight: I think my favorite class would have to be Charms or Transfiguration. Just learning spells that would be useful (and fun) would be awesome.

Day Nine: Least favorite male character? I would have to agree with Michelle, Lucius Malfoy wasn't worth liking. I mean, Voldemore should be hated, but JKR makes us feel bad for him. Lucius is just a bad guy, and I never felt bad for him.

message 74: by Danielle (last edited Aug 07, 2011 07:20PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Danielle Day Nine: hmm tough one. Not voldy cause voldy set the story in motion. I guess I agree with the people above on Lucius Malfoy. He was very hateable.

message 75: by rose (new) - rated it 5 stars

rose Ummm I missed a bit, So I'll just go til nine
Day 6 - What house would you want to be in
Gryffindor or Ravenclaw
Day 7 - Favorite female character and why
Luna Lovegood because she's just funny and awesome
Day 8 - What do you think would be your favorite lesson?
Defense against the dark arts only during the third year though
Day 9 - Least favorite male character
Umm...Greyback. The wolf. Because he totally kills Lavernder, and look what he did to Bill!

Danielle *Rose* wrote: "Ummm I missed a bit, So I'll just go til nine

Greyback kills colin creevy too. When I saw it in the movie that is when I started to cry.

message 77: by rose (new) - rated it 5 stars

rose Oh my goodness I know! When I read that in the book I was crying!

Michelle Day 10: Horcruxes or Hallows? Being able to preserve part of yourself sounds like a good idea, but at the cost of murder? No thank you. Not to mention how it kinda screws you up to split your soul. As far as Hallows go, I wouldn't want the resurrection stone. The invisibility cloak and the elder wand would be freakin' awesome to have and, unlike Harry's dumb ass move, I wouldn't get rid of the wand. (Which, btw, how can he just break the wand in the movie? It's supposed to be the indestructible, undefeatable wand, yet a seventeen-year-old boy can just snap it? Oooookay.)

-hainekhen- Definitely Hallows...

1. I don't want to end up looking like Voldemort...that's the most deciding factor.
2. I don't believe I have the capability nor the motivation to kill anyone (okay, I may have the motivation, younger brothers are so annoying, so probably the right word is guts.)
3. Even if I am capable of such heinous crime (which I definitely am not)I don't think that preserving oneself is so cool, I mean who would want to live forever...only those who fear the unknown fears death...I may fear the unkonown, but I won't and never will let my fear dictates my actions, besides what's the glory in being alive when everyone wishes you to be otherwise.

Charlene Day 1:Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (of Course)

Majka day 10: it depends in what situation you're choosing in,if it was the decision that harry had to make after malfoy manor then i would have chosen horcruxes. but then if it's a choice on the path to eternal life i would choose hallows.

message 82: by rose (new) - rated it 5 stars

rose Horcruxes. Because he had just enough time to find all the horcruxes, so if he went for the deathly hallows first then he prolly wouldn't have found all the horcruxes.

message 83: by Julia (last edited Aug 08, 2011 07:15PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Julia I know it's late but I just came across this post.

Day 1 - Your favorite book
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Day 2 - Your favorite movie
Same as above.

Day 3 - Is there any of the film adaptations that have made you angry because they’ve ignored important parts of the book?
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. There was a lot left out.

Day 4 - Least favorite female character and why
Pansy Parkinson.

"sitting with the other Slytherins, [she] jumps up and points her wand at Harry, exclaiming that all they have to do is capture him and Voldemort will leave the school alone."

-wikipedia

Day 5 - Favorite male character and why
Viktor Krum. He's a respectable man.

Day 6 - What house would you want to be in
Gryffindor.

Day 7 - Favorite female character and why
Professor McGonagall. I absolutely adore Maggie Smith.

Day 8 - What do you think would be your favorite lesson?
History of Magic.

Day 9 - Least favorite male character
In the movies, it would be Harry Potter himself; in the books, probably Fudge or Percy.

Day 10 - Horcruxes or Hallows

Hallows, most definitely!

Danielle Day 10: Hallows but I only want them for the invisiblity cloak. The other two I would hide so neither I or anyone else could use them.
Not horcruxes because I like my nose. :) no but missing pieces of what makes me me would be weird; how could anyone live with a partial soul I mean if you think about it it is like an inproperly performed dementor's kiss and as someone said above I would not be able/ want to kill anyone.

message 85: by Kate (new) - rated it 2 stars

Kate Definitely Hallows. Horcruxes are WAY too difficult and dangerous, and a little scary.

Charlene Day 2: Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix

Majka Day 11:i would have to say i'm most like hermione

Michelle I'm probably most like Ron. Sometimes a little clueless as to what is going on around me, but I always come through in the end. I'm good for a laugh, I love food (though I don't eat NEARLY as much as Ron) and I always hated doing homework.

message 89: by Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) (last edited Aug 23, 2011 11:52AM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) AAH! I missed a lot of days!
Day

Day 6: The Weasely's house. I love their house.
Day 7: Professor Mcgonnagal. She ROCKS!

Day 9: Cormac Mclaggen. Ugh he bothers me!
Day 10: Hallow.

message 90: by rose (new) - rated it 5 stars

rose Day 11. Cedric Diggory<3

message 92: by Kate (new) - rated it 2 stars

Kate Day eleven: Minus the obvious gender differences, I think I'm alot like Neville Longbottom. He's a little awkward, and lost in his younger years, but comes to accept who he is, and really be a strong person later on.

Mercedes Day 1: Deathly Hallows

Michelle Day 12: I have always been, and will always be, a Harry/Luna shipper. I can't stand Ginny and Harry and Luna would have been so great together. Seriously.

message 95: by rose (new) - rated it 5 stars

rose Day 12; I think everyone was matched pretty well. But it's still kinda unclear whether Luna and Neville were together? Because I thought they would have been perfect!

Majka Day 12: i can't really decide, i think maybe Harry and Ginny

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) *Rose* wrote: "Day 12; I think everyone was matched pretty well. But it's still kinda unclear whether Luna and Neville were together? Because I thought they would have been perfect!"

Me too! But they didn't get together, sadly.

message 98: by Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) (last edited Aug 10, 2011 03:14PM) (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kaleigh - Captain Bubbles ESTP(intj) Day 11: Hermione. Definitely. I read, love school and everything.
Day 12: That would be....Ron and Hermione

message 99: by Kate (new) - rated it 2 stars

Kate Day Twelve: Definitely Harry and Ginny, they worked well together.

message 100: by Majka (new) - rated it 5 stars

Majka Day 13: my least favorite movie is defiantly "Order of the Phoenix". harry is just so depressing, and they completely leave out all the really good parts like valentines day with Cho and all of Luna's best lines.
