No kidding!! If I could go there, ALONE (no hubby and kids as much as I love them) for a week or something, I could get SO MUCH writing done!!

I'm actually thinking of going away for the weekend (just to a nearby city) to get lots done. It's so hard with all the things I've got to do every day. And stupid Netflix, I got sucked into "Roswell" (which I never watched back in the day, so I've got 3 seasons to catch up on). Sigh...

Yeah, it's funny, I hardly watch any TV during the summer. Well, except now I'm hooked on Roswell. But the beautiful thing is I can watch WITHOUT commercials AND one episode right after another! No torturous week-long waits!! Now, if only there were more hours in a day...

I was geeking out the whole time haha Taking that picture was a dream come true! It was so cool to actually see it in person! I found some Trewhellas in the cemetery too. The books just came alive for me in Zennor; it was amazing and now I understand the imagery of the series so much more :)

So I've been wanting to write a story about mermaids and I've done a little bit of research but I wanted to ask others, what do you love most about mermaid stories? Also, what is your favorite mermaid book? I'll have to add it to my TBR if I haven't read it already.
