D flicked his wand to one side and a bead of red energy flew from it, hitting a tree, which set flame and collapsed. He lashed the wand like a whip, tearing both dementors apart. "Hold still," he recommended to her, and swung his weapon.
((What am I freakin' supposed to do?? Oh, ya, and plz don't kill her, she is one of my favorite charries!))
((Of course, um, let's see... she could suddenly learn to apparate, they're not on grounds. His wand isn't giving him good performance, protego totalum should block it... after she could summon her broom and avoid his blasts while attacking him occasionally, maybe send a signal in the air.))

If we eliminate the humans who are worthless, they will not breed. We will not have to indulge their genetically stupid offspring, and so fewer of the Earth's resources will be used. Not me, my drunk father had been dead for over a decade. You're in the way. So you have to go." Aiming his wand again, he shouted, "fiendfyre!"
Her breath caught in her throat. Fiendfyre..... Jade escaped to the castle to get Eberts.

The fiendfyre followed her, burning in hatred as well as flames."That little speech about Creo Black was rather impressive," Eberts told D from behind him. The former ghost jumped. "How long have you been there?"
"Two seconds. Disperse the fiendfyre."
"And if I refuse?" D pointed his wand at Eberts.
The professor drew the sword that Jade had seen at his office. "Then I will have to insist."
She looked down at Eberts, for once grateful of his presence.
"You won't get close enough to hurt me, old man. You were good a century ago, but you must have lost your touch by now."Eberts's hand outstretched to the Fiendfyre, claiming mastery over the flames that controlled it, causing it to stop the chase. "It hasn't."
Jade finally landed her broom, looking between the two men.
The fiendfyre, switching loyalties, surged toward D."Dark magic," D waved his finger in a mocking, for shame way.
"I think we both know it's just magic, murderer. Spells don't kill. Wizards do."
D scowled and dissaparated.

Counting the ten I docked from you back in my classroom, hufflepuff now has fifty points from me. And I suppose the Ministry will give me a medal for saving the school before they slash my pay next year... Something happened with MMM's wand. D couldn't claim its full power because he didn't defeat MMM. That means that Mathis is still there in the body D's using, not yet totally defeated. Until D figures out how to remove Mathis's personality completely, he'll set up his base in his old spot." Eberts flipped her Duncan's chocolate frog card. "My son beat him, not me. You'd best figure out where he's hiding."

A Dark Wizard from the 19th century has returned, believing that his task has to be completed. He believes that the only way to save humanity is to purge all the morons and bullies from the earth, stopping them from consuming resources and contributing only negativity to the world. By his estimate, the current level of idiocy has taken its root in 10/11 of the world. He needs the power of seventy wands to animate an ancient toxin created by his ancestor, Wylie the Wily. Goblins, house elves, dementors, and a golden, eternal being of a new type of magic embodied are aiding him. Oh, and his current wand is giving him poor performance, else he'd have destroyed the school by now.))
The legilimens that had her under that trance led her deep into the forest, until she was surrounded by trees that then fell around her, penning her in. Trapped. The spell lifted from her mind, and her brain was free to use her eyes. Those eyes revealed the tip of a wand pointed squarely at her forehead from point-blank range.
"Erado magicae temporaliter," Donald David Duncan cast, a spell of his own invention. The magic in Nikki's soul was smothered, unable to be used.

He hastily set protego totalum around her, paralyzing her and also blocking magic leaks, once cast it had to be broken."That is not a wizard's power," he whispered just loudly enough for her to hear. "You are a wizard as well as something else. What is it?"
"I prefer the term witch mind you. There is more to history then you know." Nikki smiled slyly challenging him to try and defeat her.
D laughed a bit. "One hundred years ago I lost because I did not know of a form of magic beyond the grasp of the wizards or witches. Do you really think I'd make the same mistake twice?" he didn't respond to her challenge because she was already beaten, which he reminded her of by controlling her wand to fly from her grasp. As she was trapped, she could not get to it. "So where does your other magic come from? Native american ancestry? Angellic? Demonic? Druidic? Imaginator? Illuminator? Visitor from another world? Elder? Ancient, sentient dragons or other magical creature in contact with you or trapped in your soul? Or did you sell your own soul for the power? That's only a small fraction of the magic sources that we know of. Any thing you'd like to add?"
"A hundred years ago, huh?" She smirked. "My life has more twists than it appears." A sweat breaks across Nikki's brow.
He looked intently into her eyes. "Time. Your magic comes from time, miss Gryffindor," the accomplished legilimens gave her a mock bow. While he was not, in fact, arrogant and indeed was carefully monitoring her mind, he found it useful for his enemies to believe he was arrogant, part of the reason he was also a very good occlumens.((You do not want to face off with this one. While his wand is misbehaving, it is many times more powerful than the Elder Wand. Not just saying that, it is prestated in HoM.))
"I hope you know my wand is just for show." She smiled and felt her bonds loosen. With great difficulty she wriggled her hands free. Forcing herself to concentrate she wielded energy to flow from her finger tips as the spell broke in an explosion. Finally free she noted to be careful going about this one. "Why was I here in the first place?" She thought but knew the answer. The lake, the rocks, the river. A place that solely she could reach.
Another memory stirs. Bernstein. Who is he? Well this person reminded her of Bernstein.
While D didn't care about any Bernstein he was noting that he had found the second non-wizard (or witch) in residence in Hogwarts. "You'd best go find someone like you. He's older than he looks as well, which is saying something," D used the banishing spell to send her into the hallway, where she would find a very old-looking man.
