Plan of Attack question

OK. So, here's the scoop. I'm deployed and found this book laying around in one of the free, take me, read me sections. I also just finished Dreamland:Retribution. I also realize that I am at the end of this story arc, but where does all this take chronoligcally with regards to the Dreamland series?
