Ella (ellarosewood) | 138 comments I am not a very noticed moderator, and I want to know how to become noticed.

Ella (ellarosewood) | 138 comments I don't know, I've been doing that...

Maggie (maggie-swift) The one thing I've noticed that gets people noticed in my groups is being creative. I, as a Head Mod, thoroughly enjoy it when other mods come up with great ideas or offer to improve upon preexisting ones.

▕ ▋ ♛ ▍Marisa (vergeofinsanity) I find it helps to be really active in a group. Try have one of the top comment numbers. The head mod will take notice and and use you as an example. (Don't spam, and try to use proper spelling and grammar, too.)

Ella (ellarosewood) | 138 comments Yeah, I try to join at least 80% of the role plays in a group.

▕ ▋ ♛ ▍Marisa (vergeofinsanity) ... I wasn't talking about role plays but that works too... You should also try to be kind and respect the opinions of others. Listen to them and take their opinions seriously. Don't just say I'll think about it but already have a decision made. Try to incorporate everyone's ideas into the plans for the group.

Have a legitimate reason for wanting to become a moderator, then keep it that way.

For example, Lynx made me a moderator so I could fix titles, and hopefully will keep me because I've got loads of experience. (:
