Cover image not uploadings

I tried to upload the cover to my own book, Loving the Goddess Within, but for some reason it did not take.

Is there someone at Goodreads who could do this for me or tell me what I did wrong?

The book's edit log shows no evidence of any cover image having been uploaded.

I uploaded it.
