The 80s rock band Tesla was always going on about Tesla and how he "got no respect." They had nothing nice to say about Thomas Edison, either. I'm sure a bunch of long haired guys naming their band after you wasn't exactly the recognition he was looking for, but if not for the band I would have no idea the man existed.
