This morning I finished Private Eyes and also read Husband Won't Buy Wife a Kindle - Franklin Eddy. Now I am reading Star Gazing and I am loving it so far.

Just started Few Are Chosen by M T McGuire. It's my sort of genre really but the title put me off. The K'Barthan Trilogy. I really hate the thought of loads of names I'm not going to be able to pronounce. I have hopes though, having read the 'Look Inside' bit.
I loved it Ignite and there aren't lots of horrible name. Just read book two and that's even better.
Well, I'm deep enough in not to want to stop and it's not full of nasty names! I should have read this ages ago.Just finished and reviewed Paul Dale's The Dark Lord's Handbook. Have you read this GL? It's funny, right up your street and it turns the genre rather upside down. I loved it!
I've just finished Daphne by MC Beaton/Marion Chesney which I enjoyed. I've been quite disjointed in my reading lately - I've read a few free romances which weren't that special, I'm slowly reading Yes Sister, No Sister: My Life as a Trainee Nurse in 1950s Yorkshire but am not overly fussed about it (but I paid nearly £5 so I'm going to read it!) and I'm 70% through DD's book, The Promise, which I am enjoying too.

He's just announced an update - it would be worth asking for it. It came in a couple of hours this morning.
Finished The Surrogate VigilanteAlice Parker's Metamorphosis
Gray Justice London, the Doggy and Me and Cissie and Ada by Terry Ravenscroft.
Still trying to make up my mind what to read next!
Just finished The Final Murder and needed a change from Scandanivian fiction so started Blood Lines and A Cleansing of Souls. Hope you enjoy The Wine of Angels Lorraine.
Just finished The Great God Pan and just starting The Other Room. Going through a literary horror phase at the moment and The Other Room is a collection of gold star stories so far.
Read The Secret Life of Shakespeare by Robert Macklin, followed by The Bodhisattva of Carraigmore in honour of St Patrick's Day.Started Gray Resurrection
Sorry no link for the first two books.
Just finished Fully Loaded by Blake Crouch - i nearly gave up as i wasn't overkeen on the first two stories but then got hooked by the third. Still not impressed that the book finished by 84%.Now reading Hostile Witness by Rebecca Forster
I finished reading M.C. Beaton's Six Sisters series with Diana the Huntress and Frederica in Fashion. I enjoyed the whole series, loved the humour in it - but she hasn't got Georgette Heyer's lightness of touch. I wanted a genre change as I've been reading a lot of romance lately but decided to stick with M.C. Beaton so now I'm reading Hasty Death - I should be enjoying this as it's my sort of thing, but I just can't get into this series. I read the first in the series a few months ago and wasn't fussed on it. I thought I'd try again as I'd bought the rest in the last kindle sale, but it's still not really doing much for me. I find the heroine, Rose, irritating...

the Edwardian series I read through but they weren't as enjoyable as the others.
I'm reading
and then possibly
G.R. wrote: "Just finished The Great God Pan and just starting The Other Room. Going through a literary horror phase at the moment and The Other Room is a collection of gold star s..."I enjoyed The Other Room GR. Have you read The Shelter? - a novella by James. Very good read it is too.
You might like to try Mark Faulkner's Flux too which is very thought provoking horror.
Cornelius Harker's Dark Fantasy Saga Words to the Wise and
Words To The Wise: Book Two have elements of horror in them but they are so much more than pure horror. He has some great fans here. His novella A Dish Best Served Cold Is a supernatural thriller too and very spooky with a twist in the tail.
Darren Humphries' Stormwreck is his only (so far) horror story and I really wish he would write more in this genre. He has the talent, just not the confidence I think.
Just finished The Shadowed Valley, and just starting The Wizard of Time. Have given a review for the former.I've also just finished an orange and am about to start on a box of chocolates - but I don't think you wanted to know that ;)
D.M. Andrews wrote: "The Vampire with the Dragon Tattoo? Whatever next, The Ghoul with the Pearl Earring? ;)"Haha! maybe. It was quite a gentle vampire tale compared to a lot these days.
Finished book 1 in the Elemental Mysteries series
and have already downloaded book 2.Just starting
by JD Robb (book 20 in the In Death series).
I finished Hasty Death and Yes Sister, No Sister: My Life as a Trainee Nurse in 1950s Yorkshire, both of which I quite enjoy but wasn't over fussed about. Now I'm reading Shelley The Lifeboat Labrador which I am enjoying very much, although the formatting needs some work - there are several blank pages which made me think there was something wrong with my kindle at one point!

I've started reading Never Too Late by Jay Howard. The add book/author thingie didn't discover it for me so I'll just post the address and hope it links automatically. So far I'm enjoying the read.http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...
Finished Abide with Me.Loved it.What a hard act to follow so I went to Home page on Kindle, shut my eyes pressed the page turn 4 times and 4 books down. I have now started Phone Monkey : The Secret Diary of a Frustrated Call Worker
Just started Mistress of the Vatican: The True Story of Olimpia Maidalchini: The Secret Female Pope - brilliant and fascinating so far.
Just finished Few Are Chosen by M T McGuire. It's another funny fantasy (am I in a rut?) and is wickedly clever and the main character, a devout coward, is brilliantly engaging. Very worth while reading.Just started Gray Justice by Alan McDermott. It's a fast mover and really gripping. Thanks to Sarah for recommending this.

Sarah, I am looking forward to reading his book as well x
Just finished
followed with Hail Mary (Jim Knighthorse series, #3 (no cover)
Going to start Ghost College
I've finished reading Shelley The Lifeboat Labrador which was slower going than I expected. I did enjoy reading about Shelley but would have like to hear more about the life boat rescues and less about the author's pub visits. Still, it's a nice gentle read. I also read Earth Magic which was good - was inspiring to read what a difference the allotment had made to people's lives. Now I'm reading yesterday's daily deal - Mummydaddy which makes compelling reading - I'm half way through already.

Finished Alan McDermott's Gray Justice last night. What a stonking book! Started C M Grey's Shadowland which is shaping up ok.
I just finished Plague of Coins which turned out better than I expected and then I read Bernard and the Bibble and now I can't decide what to read next...
Iran is in the news these days and I find the issues compelling, so I enjoyed reading Libby Fischer Hellmann’s new novel, A Bitter Veil, set in the midst of the Iranian revolution that brought Khomeini to power. A good read and a great way to absorb the background info of the current problems. Two essential themes predominate in this viscerally effective novel: the fate of women when their choices have been taken from them and the banality of evil, to borrow a phrase applied to the Nazis—who also appear in this book if somewhat indirectly. Here’s my review.
