I quite enjoyed it, but dont think that it was my favourite of the series. Only 55 pages into London Bridges, but can't wait to find out who the Wolf actually is.

I also keep forgetting that I am reading paperbacks with the foster cats, am reading Mr Darcy Vampyre this week, started it on Mon and will probably finish it tonight - it has finally got interesting. Will post more once I have finished it.
Just started Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse. I've wanted to read it for ages, and just came across it here in GR's free downloads. A few pages in and loving it so far.

Have just finished Mr Darcy, Vampyre. Wasn't expecting to enjoy it as i don't like Pride and Prejudice and did find it a bit dull. I think there was too much time spent hinting at things and not enough of the action.

Only just seen your post Patti - glad you found it without me though.
The translation could be better, there are quite a few errors too, but in spite of everything I loved it so much that I started and finished it last night. Beautiful...
So... Just finished Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse.

Yesterday I finished Bet you can't... Find Me, one of our February books. Then I started Only the Innocent by Rachel Abbott, which is turning out well as far as I've got.

I quite liked the Last Train from Liguria, Fiona - it was in the summer sale when I bought it, and I saw it was a Daily Deal title the other day - at least her publishers have confidence in it, tho it makes you wonder if maybe it didn't do as well as they'd hoped.

Most of mine are either ones by our author, classics I keep meaning to read or PNR/UF

Lorraine - JT for captain wrote: "I used to love James Patterson books, but he churns out so many now the quality isn't there."I dont think it is the quality that is the issue, it is the subject matter - I dont like reading about terrorists. I am odd in that I like reading about serial killers, but terrorists, or action films where they just seem to be shooting loads of people dont interest me at all.

Glad to hear that! I have finished it now but can't decide whether to read Mary Mary or something by an indie for a break.

Ignite wrote: "I've got to finish The Warden by Trollope (by Wednesday). It's short but oh, it's dull."Tell me about it! I did it for 'O' Level back in the dark ages. All I can remember is that it is DULL. Pity 'cos it put me off Trollope for life.
Just finished the latest novella from Eric Beetner - Dig Two Graves - absolutely fantastic. About to start on a sneaky peak of my mate Nick Quantrill's forthcoming novella - BANG BANG - to be published later this year by Byker Books. Can't wait :)

I started to read Tollesbury Time Forever and it is beautifully written, like reading poetry. I didn't realise that it dealt with an alocoholic (I would have if I'd read the blurb) and as my father died from alcoholism, I'm not sure if I'm strong enough to finish reading the book - quite a raw subject for me. Will prob try again later. As we are up to our eyes in home refurbishment at the mo I'm reading really light stuff that I can pick up and put down - so I've read several regency romances by Candice Hern lately. No where near as good as the incompareable Georgette Heyer - but much better than many regency romance writers that I've read lately.

I still haven't decided what to read next. Gonna go to bed soon with a book so I'll let everyone know tomorrow. I bet everyone is excited.
