"You don't have any," Gabriel to her before he rose to his feet and turned seeing Ace walk away. He began walking back to the shelter going to get Mina.

ace jogged to the cave, it didn't take her long now since she knew the way. when she got there, it was perfect. big, and from what she could tell nothing else lived there. still she went inside to check it out. there wasn't much light, so she ended up tripping and as she expected to hit land she landed in a pool of water. as she broke the surface she began laughing, it was a pool of fresh water, so deep she couldn't touch the bottom, she couldn't wait to tell john

John looked around for Ace but couldn't find her. 'She must have gone to go look at the cave' he thought. He walked over to the shelter to see how the woman with the busted leg was doing. "Do you need any food or water or anything" he asked.

Mina shook her head as she got up with Gabriel's help,"No, I'm fine I just need to get use to walking on this." She said motioning to her leg. "But thank you." She said with a smile before she limped her way out kf the shack, Gabe holding her arm.

ace hoisted herself back onto the cave floor, her giddiness was wearing off, now she was annoyed, she hated getting wet. she made her way slowly back to camp dripping the entire way

Annalise stayed by the shore, staring out at the ocean. She was waiting for the panic to settle in

ace finally arrived, "where do you think you're going" ace asked mina

"Where ever this leg takes me," she joked with a smirk,"no I'm just tezting it to see how much weight I can put om it. Did you find the cave?" She asked het.

"yeah," she said remembering she was soaked. "there's a fresh water pool in it, and it's big. its the perfect place"

"You want to take us to it?" Gabriel asked her as he helped Mina out with her walking.

John walked up. "Ace, why are you all wet? You know the dangers of hypothermia right?"

her teeth chattered slightly "o-of course i know! i hate being wet" she said "let's go, i found the cave and its freaking bloody perfect" she said bitterly as she marched away toward the cave

John grabbed the first aid kit and followed Ace to the cave.

Gabriel nodded and followed behind them, Mina on his back as they walked. He looked around asthey walked, spotting small animals they could hunt and kill later.

they arrived at the cave, "the stupid pond is just slightly farther in"

Gabriel chu kled and set Mina down,"So its all frest water?" He aske her with a smirk as he walked over to it and bent down to look at it.

Mina laughed,"Oh don't worry so much, they can get hypothermia in this heat." She told him.

"You would think that, but in this cave it's like 70 degrees, and them being wet their body tempature is going to drop rapidly" John explained.

"Then they can just go outside, or take the wet clothes off." She said.

she broke the surface of the water then started laughing too which surprised herself

Gabriel swam back to the surfacr and laughed befote he got out and offered his hand to Ace to help her out.

ace took his hand and climbed out "thanks a lot, now i gotta get dry again" she said giving him a mock glare, "i hate getting wet"

Gabriel laughed,"I'm sorry," he said pulling her into a hug.

Gabriel chuckled and looked outside,"We should hunt before it gets dark."

"i- i'll go make a trap" ace said rushing off embarrassed and eager to do something else

"I think I'll go fish" John said whule picking a a stick.

"wait, i'll go with you" ace said she dug into her bag "i made this net, its not big, but it should help catch something" she said taking it out

"Alright. I've got a knife so I can spear fish while you fish with that net. Let's go" John said.

she nodded and began walking

"We should probably check up on the other girl while we are by the beach" John said.

"yeah, that would be g-great" she said, silently cursing the water that clung to her

Gabriel looked at Mina,"I guess I'm going at it alone," he said with a smile before he bent down and hugged her,"Don't leave the cave okay?"

"That's my girl, I'll be back later," he said as he hurried out of the cave and deeper into the woods.

ace swore, "damn i left my knife back at the cave, i need to grab it" ace said to john giving him the net "in case you decide to use it before i get back" she said then ran back to the cave

"Alright hurry back" John said.
