Hi Everyone! My name is Shelly (shell, or shellbelle is fine too) and I am thrilled to be a Moderator for this group! I live in Wichita, KS with my teenage daughter, and I'm a substitute teacher! I have read since I was little, but I really became a bookworm when I was in middle school. In the last couple of years I have really gotten back into reading, and have discovered tons new authors! Susan Mallery has been one of those new authors, and I'm so glad she was recommended to me! I haven't read a lot from her, but what I have read I adore, and I will eventually get through the whole list!hahahaha

I have also been selected as one of Susan Mallery's Fool's Gold Varsity Cheerleaders! We will be spreading the word over the next few months about the next Fools Gold Trilogy, and if the first book is anything to go on you guys are in for a treat!!!

Hi! I'm Tegan. I just graduated college and am taking a year off to work and look at grad schools. This will also give me a chance to read more for fun! Yay! GoodReads has been wonderful for this as I've been learning about new authors, including Susan Mallery! I've never read any of her books, but have heard wonderful things from our wonderful mod, Shell!! :) I'm looking forward to reading Susan's books and discussing them here!

Hey Everyone! My name is Taylor and I am a Senior getting ready to graduate college this Fall. I love to read, spend time with my family, discover new movies and TV shows, and of course hang with my dog Orion. I have too many fav. authors to list, but Susan Mallery is in the top list. I love Susan Mallery's book because they have heart and emotion that connect with the reader on a personal level.

Aloha everyone:) Thnx to Shell for the invite. I see a few people that I know here. But for those of you who don't know me, I'm 29 almost 30 in 11 days. Legally not married but my BF/hubby and I have been together for 12 yrs. We have 4 children: 2 girls and 2 boys. Live in Hawaii. I love to read, you'll always see me with a book or my Nook in my hand. I'm reading my first book by Susan Mallery and really enjoying it. Anything else you want to know, feel free to ask:)

I'm Kelly Lynn, and I'm a readaholic. But seriously, I can never find enough books and have so much trouble putting them down. Susan Mallery drew me in immediately and I felt like I had to go find everything else I could that she wrote, though I admit I haven't read the Marcelli Brides series yet. I live in the Philadelphia area and am a sportswriter by day.

A sports write? Wow cool. I'm also interested in what sports you cover?

Mostly hockey. I work for a company that provides television listings to cable companies (so if you have something like Comcast Digital Cable and hit the info button, I write those, but just the sports based ones). I was a sports editor for a paper in Jersey for a while, and covered pretty much every high school sport there is, but I missed the 9-5ish schedule with weekends and holidays off!

I found Susan's books back in 2009...and have bene hooked ever since. I'm a 30 something wife and mom. I also work full time but when I'm not running around like a crazy person I spend it with Susan... Well with her books.... I live in Northern, Illinois (spit away from Wisconsin)...

Like Shell, I am also lucky enough to be a Fool's Gold Varsity Cheerleader... Looking forward to talking to lots of different people about Fool's Gold books....

Hello everyone I am Dee I live in Iowa... But I have also lived in Austin Texas and we lived in Hawaii for three years and go back as often as we can afford. we are going back for a visit in april/may of next year. my nephew is stationed there and going to visit him.
I have read susan's books for years... as i said in another thread but absolutely love her... I love to read and talk about books... glad i found this place.

Hey everyone! I'm Angela MacIntyre and I'm also one of the Fool's Gold cheerleaders. To be honest, I've avoided GR like the plague, because I was terrified I'd find MORE books to read!! I'm sure I will, but I LOVE reading!! If only my budget loved it as much as I do. Sigh. I haven't even added any books to my list yet, so I'm very new at this!

Susan is one of my favorite authors! I've read ALL of her books. Her heart just shines in her stories! I've been a reader from a very early age, so I've read LOTS.

My husband and I have 6 kids (4 girls, 2 boys) and 7 grandkids. We have a his, hers, and ours, though we just refer to all of them as OURS. The oldest is 29 and youngest is 8. I'm a special ed teacher on medical leave right now--just had back surgery a few months ago. On the good side, I've managed to catch up on a LOT of reading! ;)
