She shrugged. "C'est la vie, right?" she stated hollowly.

She blinked in surprise, but leaned into him, taking comfort in the hug. "Thank you," she whispered.
Kyle sighed softly, his cold hand rubbing her back.
She wrapped her arms around him and closed her eyes, not at all minding the coldness of his hand. In fact, it actually felt pretty nice.
Kyle blinked and smiled softly.
She returned the smile as she rested her head on his chest.
Hayden looked up at him, smiling gratefully. Hugs always made her feel better.
Kyle looked down at her," you feeling better?"
Hayden nodded. "Thanks," she whispered.
Kyle gave her a careful smile.
She leaned into him again, simply choosing to enjoy his company and not think about anything else.
Kyle started to rub her shoulders gently.
Hayden relaxed and sighed contentedly. "How are you guys doing?"
Kyle shrugged," I am doing well." He said softly.

"That's good. Anything new with you guys?"
Kyle shook his head and closed his eyes slowly.
Hayden nodded, slowly pulling away from him. "And Ashlynn's doing well?"
Kyle nodded and smiled softly.
Kyle blinked," speaking of, where did she go?"
Hayden looked up in surprise. "I don't know. I didn't see her."
Kyle looked around," I brought her here with me."
"That's not good..." she murmured.((I posted at the lake. :) ))

Kyle whimpered slightly.

"We'll find her. I promise. Maybe she just went to the bathroom or wandered off."
Kyle nodded slowly and shook slightly.
Hayden hugged him again. "Let's look around."
Kyle nodded and stood slowly.
Hayden let go and went to the bathroom. "Ashlynn?" she called. No answer.
Kyle waited outside silently.
Hayden walked back to him, sighing. "She's not there."
"Hey, it's okay. She'll be back soon. Let's stay in the same area so that she can find us here."
Kyle nodded slowly and let out a breath.
She patted his shoulder as she sat back down on the swing. "She could be at the park. Do you think she's with Andrew?"
Kyle just shrugged," I really don't know."
Hayden nodded slowly, deep in thought. "She couldn't have gone far."
Kyle nodded," I know." He whispered to himself.
"Do you guys have a way to contact each other?"
"Oh..." Hayden sighed. "Well, the only thing I can think of is to sit and wait."
Kyle nodded slowly and rubbed his face.
"So what do you like to do in your free time?" she asked awkwardly.
Kyle shrugged," make ice sculptures and freak people out."
Hayden laughed. "They definitely both sound like fun."
