Ashley the Magnificent™ (ashleythemagnificent) | 17 comments I'm gonna steal Lori's idea and keep a log of my progress here if no one minds. (Thx Lori!) ...Or in some sort of "progress" topics folder if one should appear... hint hint :D

Lorifog You haven't read Memoirs of a Geisha? Awesome book!

Ashley the Magnificent™ (ashleythemagnificent) | 17 comments lol. Hopefully it's a whole list of awesome books! I am always suspicious of "new" classics, so I have avoided it. I also avoid anything popular and/or endorsed by daytime TV. The rare exception was Harry Potter - which I totally loved - but I'm not sure it deserves to be on this "to read" list... just yet. Same with Geisha. But hell, I guess a good book is a good book.

Mayra (kaligurl_7) | 371 comments I loved memoirs of a geisha too, I read it before I saw the movie, wich is what I tend to do when the book is made into a movie. But yeah hopefully they turn out to b great books that we can all share thoughts on. I always find my books more interesting when I have someone to talk to about them :)

Ashley the Magnificent™ (ashleythemagnificent) | 17 comments There's a movie?!
