Veronica Weird little book. Very Creative. A friend gave it to me and I couldn't put it down. A classic in it's own right. I want to read more Tom Robbins' books...any suggestions?

Maggiedonahue Skinny Legs and All!! It's my absolute favorite Tom Robbins book, and what I always tell people to start with if i think they can handle the quirkiness.

Edith Peters This is my first Tom Robbins book... Funny enough I found it in the library thinking it was about an artist's life (lol). Truth be told I love authors that have several characters in different places and bring them together like he did... The typewriter made it even more intriguing for me to continue reading it... Great for week long power outages...

Now if I can only get through Jitterbug Perfume!

Holly Yes, follow up "Still Life" with "Skinny Legs" and "Jitterbug"......loved them all.

Fierce Invalids from Hot Climates: The other TR book I couldn't put down. Although I've only attempted Jitterbug Perfume otherwise and I'm still trying to focus on reading that one..

Fie..."

I'm actually finishing up with Jitterbug Perfume and its easy after you've figured out how he's constructed the layout for this book.

Gerald Johnston You can never go wrong with 'Another Roadside Attraction', or 'Villa Incognito'. Any of his books, really.

Tom Britz I have read every Tom Robbins book. No-one else writes like him. His writing is amazing! I recommend them all.

Me, too, Tom. He's my favorite. I get so sad when I finish one and have to wait for the next one for a few years.

Roadside, this one, and Jitterbug are my top 3.
