Should this book's publisher be changed?

I just bought a copy of this book: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/61...

it has the same ISBN, but the publisher is different. Looked it up and Puffin is a children's book publisher, but Speak (the publisher of that above copy) is an imprint of Puffin Books. Should it be changed? I tried adding a new edition but it has the same isbn.

Also, the actual page number is 403, but even on the publisher's site it says 416, which may be the number of the hardcover version but not of this one.

The last discussion on the publisher topic is below. There is no established policy but we go with the most specific if it is an imprint, if not an imprint then new edition
