A lot of playbills are floating around the pages for various playwrights (example: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11...). Should they be thrown into the NOT A BOOK account?

JMO, but you would be better off contacting Support, so they could reach out to the Librarian concerned. :)
Some should be deleted, not NABbed. NOT A BOOK is mostly for non-books that have ISBNs, so if you delete them, they automatically repopulate onto goodreads from their data sources. Most of the playbills I'm seeing don't have an ISBN (or ASIN) but were created by someone who maybe saw the staging.A lot of them seem to be created by one user. You might contact that user and/or click through to the list of his librarian edits to get your "to delete" list.
