I am really excited to have found this group! I just recently found goodreads for that matter and have spent time daily here finding all kinds of great things to read! I'm a pretty big reader and enjoy a lot of different types of books. I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful kids, an avid reader (obviously :) and a scrapbooker. I have a degree in Journalism and a minor in English Lit. I got a job in marketing right after college, but decided after having my son 5 years later, it was very important for me to stay home with him and now with his little sister. I just reserved the two October books at my library and can't wait to start them!

I was an English major in school (did all of the journalism courses except the internship, which I couldn't squeeze in in time since I added English as my second major at the end of sophomore year!) This group has been so much fun for me and I know you are going to love it! I wish I had more time to scrapbook because it is so much fun! Anywho, it is lovely to meet you! Hi Stephanie.We have quite a few stay at home moms here, so you are in great company....I gotta give you props for that. I work weekends so I can be home more often with my two boys, but I dont think I could handle 7 days without a break (heehee)

I am sort of a stay at home mom...lol
I work at a hospital checking people in but only work when they need me. To me I have the perfect job. I can say no or yes when I need sometime out of the house.
