Default description or the description from the book

I've noticed that while merging books, the default description will appear in all of them, no mater what language they are. Is it better that every book has a description on the language it's written on and which is taken from it's back page or to have the default description in English, no mater where that description is coming from?

I believe that the description is supposed to be in the same language as the book. Sometimes there is no description, so the default (English) version shows.
