message 2157: by ms.petra (new)

ms.petra (mspetra) Gail I will send it to your FB because I am so inadequate at Goodreads posting pics!

message 2158: by Carol (new)

Carol | 1678 comments That is fantastic!

Ok, if there's only one Misha, why does it only show Misha's only posted 128 times in TC? It sounds like the same Misha, but I'm confused.

Louise Uuhhh.... I went to the first christmas party this year yesterday, and am now hiding away in the den with coffee and coca cola. Love coffee. Husband has promised to take kids shopping and walk the dogs. Love husband :-)

Probably.

Did you watch the parade yesterday?

message 2169: by Lobstergirl, el principe (new)

Lobstergirl | 24788 comments Mod
No.

There was a stabbing down there - a 67 yr old man downtown for the parade was stabbed near or in the jugular (he survived) in the bathroom of the Westin Hotel, and people chased the perp over to the Cheesecake Factory outside eating area.

I saw that on the news. We almost went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner, I'm glad we didn't. Although, I hear about worse/see worse on a daily basis.

My dad drove, and he always makes me carsick. He doesn't keep the car "still" within the lane, he's always drifting side to side. Plus he likes to slam on the brakes/accelerate quickly. I can handle that for a bit, but 4.5 hours was too much.

message 2176: by Félix (new)

It's all part of the mystery, Laurin. No one can meet LG...ever. Because, then she'd have to kill you to protect her identity.

Mr. Amy does this down/up/down/up on the accelerator thing when he's talking...especially if he's on the phone. I've gotten him to the point where I only have to give him "the look" and he knows he's doing it. If possible he usually puts on the cruise control at that point to avoid further "looks". ;)
