Yes.

evie (ecie) | 4442 comments I really like radishes, but I have never eaten one cooked . I think it would add some punch to a stew.

I'm avoiding giving my daughter a shoulder massage . I am a bad mother.

I'm waiting for this client to leave already, thinking of going home early.

It's interesting how radishes and turnips taste similar when raw, but turnips retain their tangy flavor when cooked and radishes don't. A lot of people do cook radishes, though, I found many recipes online.

Just wondering how I am going to convince my daughter she will need my supervision on her trip to America next year.

She is in year 9 (15 years old), is involved in a Future Problem Solving competition. Her team won on the weekend. The next stage of the competition is held in the US.

message 1929: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4442 comments Who will supervise/chaperone otherwise?

It's most likely the parents of the other contestants will feel the same way you do.

It is held in Indiana. They will be spending a few weeks simply touring.

message 1933: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Touring beyond Indiana? I don't think that particular state has three weeks worth of interesting stuff to see.

My sister-in-law lives in northern Indiana, and her kid goes to college further south. Tell mini-Gail to say "hi" if she sees them. :)
