message 1209: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Right now I'm trying to figure out how to get access to my primary e-mail account. It's an MSN account that I've had since 1995, and I check it 10-15 times per day. When I got home from dinner last night it said the account is "temporarily blocked" because I may have violated the terms of service.

They give several options on how to regain access and I've tried every one of them. Their "last gasp" solution is to contact customer service, but THAT DOES NOT EXIST. It's a closed loop... "account blocked -- reset password -- didn't work? contact us ... account blocked."

Pretty much. I also have five hotmail accounts and four gmail accounts, so there's no shortage of communication channels. But the MSN one has been with me forever, and it's been my primary for most of that time. Grrr.

There are a couple of others I didn't mention, but those are maintained just for alternate profiles on Facebook. I also have one at my son's school because I help maintain their web site.

I'm recently returned from the drugstore, with a fresh and indefatigable supply of toilet paper.

message 1221: by Phil (new)

mark monday (majestic-plural) Right now i'm sick & miserable & pissed that i wasted money on film festival tickets for films i can't see today and tonight. although my neighbor/friend number one just brought me by some theraflu, that was nice. actually, that's what he should have done, since he's the one that got me sick. jerk-off!

message 1230: by Phil (new)

Phil | 11841 comments Is that last bit the detail of how he got you sick? Or what you plan to do when you're bored because you're not at the film festival?

ha! okay one more: ha!

i laughed and then my sinuses felt like they blew out. ouch.

which reminds me of friday night and being at a bar where i almost got in a fight because someone was mimicking my laugh. what a jerk. but he backed down because apparently i am incredibly threatening. ha, ha, yeah right. but he did back down. maybe i had a really mean expression. or maybe he's just not the sort of idiot who would get into a fight over something so stupid, like this sick guy right here.

message 1232: by mark (new)

mark monday (majestic-plural) oh and he (the friend/jerkoff, not the bar guy/jerkoff) got me and another friend sick just by being around us on friday night. no actual mutual jerking off occurred, those days are well behind us. ha! and now he's better and enjoying beers in our backyard with his lady while i am here moping around with my computer. unfair!

I bought some earring supplies three weeks ago, and one item didn't ship. I made another order last week and she promised to include it with that order. It arrived last night and the item wasn't in the box.
