Right now I'm trying to figure out how to get access to my primary e-mail account. It's an MSN account that I've had since 1995, and I check it 10-15 times per day. When I got home from dinner last night it said the account is "temporarily blocked" because I may have violated the terms of service.

They give several options on how to regain access and I've tried every one of them. Their "last gasp" solution is to contact customer service, but THAT DOES NOT EXIST. It's a closed loop... "account blocked -- reset password -- didn't work? contact us ... account blocked."

Right now i'm sick & miserable & pissed that i wasted money on film festival tickets for films i can't see today and tonight. although my neighbor/friend number one just brought me by some theraflu, that was nice. actually, that's what he should have done, since he's the one that got me sick. jerk-off!
