Right now I'm feeling very sad. Our family dog Stryder, who has been living with my sister, died yesterday. He had lymphoma and had just started his treatments, but it was too late to help him.

Thanks for the good thoughts everyone. I am sad, but I also know he had a good life (he was 10) and was very well loved. He was a very sweet dog and we'll miss him, but I'm also glad he didn't have to suffer through a long, grueling battle with his cancer. He was only diagnosed a few weeks ago and this quick end seems better in the long run.

Right now I'm listening to my clothes rolling around in the dryer, eating chicken & vegetable soup w/ soda crackers, and watching Disney's Summer Magic. It's my go-to relaxing, feel-good movie with all the little critter montages, life out in the country, evenings on the porch, & sing-alongs w/ Burl Ives. Robby's about 4 feet from me on the floor, sunbathing & snoring - cuteness overload.

I'm so sorry about your beloved pet, Amber. Losing a pet is extremely hard.

Right now I'm kicked back chillin' in bed, playing catch-up with all the GR groups' posts. I can assure you, I won't be getting through them all. I belong to only 3 groups at GR and it takes me at least 30 minutes to get through the posts sent to my e-mail.......and that's just skimming through them. God forbid I start putting my two cents worth in.
