No...I just have avoidance issues. I pull out all the bills and make sure they get paid on time and the bank statements and reconcile them. Everything else tends to sit and wait. This is how I realized that the New Yorker is offering me a 2-year renewal at $100, $80, and $70, each one labeled LAST CHANCE. I'm waiting for it to drop to $19.99 plus a Snuggie. Damn dirty bastards.

That was cruel. Luckily, I had eaten lunch when I came back to this thread.

I'm just glad it wasn't because of a physical resemblance.

Thank heavens no one was hurt--my brother said that someone's pit bull was pretty freaked out by the sirens, lights, smoke, etc. but the dog was better today.

Wow. That's great news, Cynthia. I'm so glad he's ok and the fire department was able to keep him from losing his home.
My dog would have been freaked out, too.

How scary that would be.
I'm glad no one was hurt.
God bless firefighters!

Listening to Zamfir, master of the pan flute.

It's okay, they eventually answered and told me I could have sent them a fax. *eye roll*
Now I am trying not to rend my employer from limb to limb and dance on the pieces.

Was it good? I love lamb (and lambs).

It was really amazingly good. Tender and rich.
