Trying to figure out the new bus route of a bus I have to take tomorrow, because of massive construction. So complicated. I have three different windows open trying to figure it out.
Barb is becoming Phil, Jim, and Larry.

That's great Cynthia. After spending time with grandparents in the hospital and nursing homes for several years, I don't know if I could handle doing the same thing for strangers, but I'm really glad there are people out there who can and do.

Actually it's emotionally simpler when I don't know them--less baggage and expectations. Does not make it any easier when they die, but it's different than visiting a dying relative/friend.

I actually continue to watch these videos on repeat still. I can't get enough of it. Warning - these videos are kind of grody, but they fascinate the hell out of me! :)

I like those too, Janine. If it's the one I'm thinking of (in the sinus cavity - "is it fungus or inspissated pus?"), I was fascinated by that looooong strip of whatever it was they pulled out - holy crap! It was a lot. It just didn't seem to stop.
Also, it should go without saying that if I'm unable to sleep at night, I just pop on youtube and watch ENTENCYCLOPEDIA's videos. They seem to relax me and lull me to sleep. :)
