Please merge "Ustica"

The book "Ustica" is listed twice in my author's profile. They don't show as different editions which could becombined. And indeed they rather are the same . Only that one is distibuted via Smashwrods, the other onedirectly in the kidle store.
could you please merge them?

I combined them, see the other thread. There should sitll be two versions, just under one book.
