Alexa (alexac) I am trying to track down a book my mother had so I can get a copy for myself. This was a coffee table reference-style book about the kings and queens of Britain, from William the Conquerer through Elizabeth II. I *thought* it was Antonia Fraser's Lives of the Kings and Queens of England, but I just bought it and see that it isn't it. The thing I mainly remember about it is that on the first or second page of the new section for each monarch, there was a box that encapsulated the important names and dates in their lives. (much like the box you'll see on Wikipedia along the right side if you look up a monarch). In particular, I remember reading the listing for the 6 wives in Henry VIII's section, and noting how many stillbirths and miscarriages Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn had, in addition to their live children. Book originally published no later than the early 90's...Can you help??

It was the only one I could find which specified that it ranges from William the Conqueror to Elizabeth II.

This one looks more like a coffee table book but I don't think it goes back far enough:

Alexa (alexac) I was able to talk to my mother about it. It's actually "Debrett's Kings and Queens of Britain" from 1986 and out of print. Fortunately copies are still available for purchase from Amazon sellers - I highly recommmend it!
