This one is for my bloggies or anyone who wants to share a review.

message 2: by Andrea (new)

Andrea (andreaeisen) This link is to my "page" on my blog where I link up all my reviews and maintain a list of the books I have read for the year.

http://goodgirlgoneredneck.blogspot.c...

I'm sometimes slow with updating it (like just now I did like 6-8 links!) but they're on my blog under reading, reading with redneck categories! :)

message 18: by Wendy (new)

Wendy Levitt | 1 comments Femaleflare.com just called AT THE CORNER OF WALL AND SESAME "the ultimate read for career-minded mothers."

Before I became a mom, I was a fan of the 80 hour work week. I loved what I did, and I just knew that all of those discussions about work/life balance were for "other people." I knew that I'd the one to get to Mommy and Me classes and baby playdates, but not miss a beat at the office.

The hardest thing for me was not admitting that I couldn't do everything I wanted to do all at once, it was thinking that everyone else was juggling successfully. I started writing to sort out my feelings, and I published AT THE CORNER OF WALL AND SESAME with the hope that it will help just one other woman transition to motherhood more easily than I did.

I hope you enjoy it!

I also wrote a book about traveling overland from Casablanca to Cape Town, mostly by public transport. It recently won the Indie Book Award for Best Memoir.

My blog in general (http://writinginflow.blogspot.com) is about writing, book reviews, sex, politics, hot firefighters, and kittens.

Kimberly Chapman | 2 comments My author blog isn't very exciting since it's mostly just occasional status updates, but my food/cake decorating blog is nifty: http://www.eat-the-evidence.com/

I need to do some redesign on it soon but there's always fun stuff to see on there.
