Just got off the phone with my interviewer. Here's hoping I didn't sound like an illiterate ass. I think I used the word "awesome" somewhere in there, and I'm kicking myself for it.

I think Julie (in the video) made me laugh more than David After the Dentist did, mostly because, y'know, I'm sure I acted like that after I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I'm just glad there were no cameras around at the time. This is hilarious.

What do they do to you at the dentist?
When I had my wisdom teeth out, I sat up and said that if I was going to be here any longer the least they could go is pull my teeth. The nurse said they were done. I thought that was so funny! I couldn't stop laughing. Then I realized that I was all alone in a city I didn't know with no friends or family and started sobbing. The nurse came back through and said, "I see you are feeling better." And that made me laugh.
Oh Heidi, Miss Julie made my morning!

Wooo! Got a call to set up a real, non-phone interview! Hurray!
Tuesday. Luckily they were able to schedule it when the owner of my current place is out on vacation, so getting the day off will be really easy.
Amber, I know you have trouble with days. Is it Monday and you think it's Tuesday?
God, I hope not! Lol. Luckily, I have it in writing from the HR people, so I just have to print in out and voila! Also, I will refrain from drinking the night before.
I am currently looking for a new job. I have been in my current role for 4 years. I took this job due to certain circumstances at home. I have hated every second of it. The work is extraordinarily tedious. My boss is a total arsehole. Now that things are finally resolved at home I feel like a new woman. It's time to blow this place. It's a little bit scary. I have never voluntarily left a job before. Either the companies I worked for have been taken over, I got pregnant, or the company has collapsed.
Good luck, Gail. I'm trying to leave my job for pretty much the same reasons: tedious work, arseholes, etc.

So, had the interview today and I think it went pretty well. It was more like a series of back-to-back interviews, so by the end I was pretty talked out. I should hear back in a week or two. Right now I'm off to send them a thank-you email.
