I've just brought out my new self-help book How to Say No to Sex and other Survival Tips for the Suddenly Singleand it's available on Amazon Kindle and on Smashowords. The paperback is still a month or two away. The book gives practical advice on how to cope after a break-up and get your life back on track again.
