Hi everyone, thank you so much for the birthday wishes. I had a lovely day. We went to lunch with my husbands family, then thought we’d take James (9 month old son) to the beach for his first time. It was so windy though, we ended up in McDonald’s so he had another first ... junk food *sigh*. Oh well, I guess it had to happen some time :(

Sorry I missed your birthday Michelle. Hope you had a good one!Macca's is a godsend when you travel with little ones because you know they'll eat something. We've been to Maccas all over the world (but hardly ever at home) - our favourite was in Nice with a fabulous view over the beach.
