Jack used his now-bandaged hands to push the huge stack of books away, so he could see Dove. "And she's awake!" he said with enthusiasm, smiling.
Dove blushed a little. "Sorry, that's never happened before. Was I out long?" she saw his hands and paused. "What happened?"
Jack held up one finger. "Don't even think about healing them. And its a sign affect with the dreams."
"Oh... so, what happened?" she asked, still confused.

Dove heard her name being called over the announcements and gave Jack an apologetic smile. "Sorry, see ya later," she said, walking off.

Dove slept for about an hour longer, and then her eyes flicked open. She sat up and looked around sleepily, confused as to why she was in the library.
