Rin stood. "I am sorry, but that forest foray Stormy suggested is sounding very appealing at the moment. I should go." He shut his book, his fingers trembling slightly.
Brady looked at her. "Im sorry, but im not making fun of you."
Rin nodded briskly. "You are welcome to come, if you wish." Then he left the library, his eyes glowing ever brighter until they shone like suns.
Brady sighed. "No i dont know. Im sorry."
Brady looked at the ground thinking she was talking to him. "Im sorry."
Brady blinked and stood. He walked over to the shelves. Damn im i stupid.
"Well i hurd something about a ghost."
Brady blushed brightly. "The dance?!" He looked away. "I-i-i....i...dont know yet."
"I dont think so." He looked at her slightly.
He sighed. "I guess." His face was still red. He clinched his fist.
He looked at the ground. "G-good night Stormy." I cant say it...and i wont...not yet.
Brady sighed. I really am an idoit. He wait a while before leaving the library.
Calla had grabbed at least four big books from the fantasy section that where still in her arms, and was looking for more.
Xavier walked in and saw calla searching for books.he leaned down next to her and sqid "hi."
She jumped a little and turned around to see Xavier. "Hey," she said flashing her canines.
He smiled.time to make his move." are you going to the dance with anybody?"
Oh. My. Gosh... she thought to herself. "Um," she shook her head. "No."
" do you want to go with me?" he said " as freinds i mean, scince we barley know each other."
"Yes!" she shook her head. "I mean sure I'd like that." she nodded.
He chuckled at her exitment." Okay. Well first I want to get to know you better." he pulled out a chair for her to sit in. " so I guess we could call this a date."
She smiled and pulled up a chair and sat across from him. "What do you wanna know?"
" everything." he grinned "even if you have bad gas."
Calla laughed. "Well, I don't so your ok. Um," she thought about where to start. "My name is Calla Hart. I was born in Italy. I'm 17. I'm a werewolf. My only living family is my Brother, Lee, and I haven't seen him for a very long time. I like to read, obviously, write and draw..." she stopped wonderig what else to say.
" my turn."" I'm xavier angel, im 18 years old, I was born in heaven, I lived with my mom and my little sister, i've never met my dad, my favorite color is black, i like pie, and i don't have bad gas."
She laughed. "Ok, I like jello." she added.
He laughed. " oh, and my power: im able to control the light. And i have a sword made out of gold, silver, and light."
"Nice," she thought. "I can change and move things with my mind."
" thats cool." some of the light surrounding them went into his hands, slowly it turned into a rose. He grabbed it and held it out to her. "for you."
He heart sped up in her chest. Awe!! she thought. That's so sweet! she toke the rose and smiled. "Thank you." she said softly.
He smiled. "and it won't ever die. But you should still water it and just see what happens." its normally imposible to water light so when waterted enough, it turns into the golden heaven rose.
She looked at him, "Thank you." she said again. She glanced around wondering if anybody was looking.
He smiled " no problem." he put his hand on top of hers, staring at the rose he was embarassed, but sure.
She smiled again. Not knowing what to say.
" so.. You like jello huh?"
She shook her head and laughed. "Yes, Jello and Pudding."
He laughed. " i like jello and pudding too!"He shouted in mock suprise.
" yes way. And pie." he said it as if it was unbeleivable.
He laughed. Then he noticed he was still holding her hand he pulled away and threw his arms up in the air " how is it possible we both like the same thing?!?! I also like lemonade!!!!"
She was a little bummed that he pulled his hand away, but laughed anyway. "Me too... Anything else?"
"Hmm... Food, i LOVE food"
"Yeah know, for a man that likes food, you sure are thin."
He grinned. " didn't want to end up like sir-I-need-a-diet" he's the chubby donut eating lunchroom moniter.
Brady walked in and went to the book shelves.
