Missy nods."I get it. As long as the laughter is not at my expense. Then we would have a problem"Missy said in a serious tone."So are you in love?"She asked in a lighter tone
"I have been in love. Crazy, young, stupid love. But then I came here and he forgot about me. I saw it in the water when I was looking at him. It's a witch thing, we can do that." She looks down, saddened at thinking about it.
Missy shakes her head."Sorry to hear that. I did feel that I just like to be sure of it"
Scott was walking in the library to cheek out a book.
"Yeah. There seems like there's some nice guys here that are romantic...they're just not my age....." She looks out the window and puts her knees under her chin. She didn't care about her shoes anymore.
Scott walked put his hand on his head trying to find out what book he wants.
Missy saw the shoes and was going to make a rude comment but she saw how said she was and sighed."Look Rose things change. Now there is no guy your age the next day one will come up. I could pull some strings if you want"
Scott growled not able to find a book that he would like.
"Really? You'd do that for me?" She looked up, and looked like her spirits had halfway lifted.
"I give up!" Scott said walking out of the library
Missy smirked "All I need to do is make a call"
She smiled, listening intently.

"Thank you so much Missy. This is exactly what I need!" Rose replied heartily.
Missy tried to contain her laughter."Yeah sure kid. I hate to see a young girl without a little love.Now lets make the call shall we.."Missy 's eyes began to glow and the scent of fresh roses filled the air.Bring me a match for my little RoseShe felt her pendent hearing up and new the call was answered. The glow stopped and smiled at her.

"The call has been answered."Missy grinned mischievously
Rose smiled back, clearly excited.
"I see that you are happy"Missy said
Rose kept on smiling, she could hardly contain her happiness.
"Now your speechless. Very funny"Missy laughed
She giggled with her, she hadn't laughed like this in a while.
I can't believe I'm being this nice. Well Rose is a nice girl I can't help it. I'm still bad though"I hope it turns out"Missy said.
"You and me both," she said rather dramatically.
Missy smirked."First list of advice. Don't be desperate."
"Got that. Easy going does the trick." She beamed at Missy.
Missy nodded."Very good my little Rose. Second use your Vampire said to you gain. Boys loves a Vampire....and me but that is obvious"
"Got it." She laughed, at Missy's comment.
"Third ,make them work for your attention don't give it up for free"Missy smiled
"That makes sense, now that I think about it!" Rose made a mental picture of her doing that. It worked for her.
"All I say makes sense. Now last but not least. Do not kiss him"Missy smirked knowing Rose would argue this one.

"And why not exactly?" Rose questioned.
"You see this tip goes with tip three. You want them to want to kiss you and once they do they will. No need to waist your time kissing him when he can kiss you"Missy explained
kat walked in tugging jake along sh went straight to the fiction section
"I get how that would work. Of course he's gonna wanna kiss me. I am a girl boys can't resist..." Rose winked at Missy.
"You learn quick"Missy winked back.
Jake followed, looking around.
kat grabbed a greek mythology book, a vampire book and the lightning theif
Jake watched and grabbed a random book.
kat looked at him "so what kind of books do you like?"
"Random books." Jake said, sitting down at a table.

She just looked at him not knowing what to say. She could feel the pain in her head growing but tried to ignore it.
