Christopher shrugged softly, putting his head in his hands. "I don't know," he mumbled, feeling as if he was about to pass out. "I mean, he could have a crush on anyone, and we wouldn't even realize it. We have to think who he's made contact with recently," he mumbled, rubbing his eyes wearily and running his hands down his face.

Ruby sighed. "Uh well I know he made contact with me and Carmen but other than that, I have no idea." She said, pulling the book to her.
Christopher sighed, looking at Ruby. "Then if we can't find anyone else who made contact with him, we have to assume its either you, or her," he said, frowning a little. "So that would give him a reason to want my body specifically," he grumbled, laying his head on the table wearily and letting out a small groan.
Ruby sighed softly feeling bad for him. This wasn't going well. "Well uh oh I don't know...just keep looking and let's see what else we find." She said.
Christopher sighed, and turned his head to the side so he could look at Ruby. "I don't even know how much longer I'll be able to look..." he told her honestly. "My body feels numbs and sluggish... and I feel like taking a nap..." he mumbled, frowning a little. "If we don't find something soon..." He trailed off, and sat up, leaned against the back of his chair, sighing as he picked up another book.
Ruby sighed softly. She really didn't want him to die and they had two days left. "You can't sleep yet, who knows if you'll wake up and I think you might be sinking into hyperthermia." She said sadly. She went back to looking, frantically hoping she'd find something else.
Christopher felt a chill go down his back when he heard what she said, but he chose not to respond to it as he flipped through a couple more books, searching for something that might help him. Another hour dragged by, and he was just about to give up, when something caught his eye. A book marked Fire Demons in Latin was sitting under a large pile of books. It was about an inch thick, and he grabbed it, knocking over half the pile. He frowned, ignoring the cluttering of books as he flipped through the contents. He felt a spark of hope when he saw a chapter called, Ways to Disspell He flipped to the page and stopped, reading quickly, his brows furrowing. "I think I found something," he murmured. "But it's in Latin, and I can't quite translate what it means...." he muttered.
Peter picked out a bunch of books and headed to a table, dumping them on top of it. "Just grab some books and we'll start digging," he told her, flashing a grin.
Bailey nodded, staring at the books with wide eyes. What to choose what to choose. She chose a random book, setting it on the table.
Peter had already began flipping through books, trying to find an answer, but nothing seemed to speak to him. He continued to look though, frowning a little as he did.
Peter felt a pang of guilt when she told him that. "Oh no..." he murmured, seeing her cry. He stood and walked over, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her into a hug. "I'm sorry... I didn't know," he said, rubbing her back. "Please don't cry, it's okay, really."
Peter felt his heart began to break, and he felt guilt wash over him. Damn, I wish I had known, he thought bitterly. "It's okay..." he murmured, rubbing her back in an attempt to comfort her. "It's okay..."
Peter nodded, pulling away a little to look at her. "It's okay, I understand," he murmured, giving her a soft smile. "But this gives me an idea on how I can help you. If you want... I maybe be able to teach you how to read..." he offered kindly, his eyes warm.
Peter nodded, grinning. "Of course I will... anything to help you out, especially since you've been helping me," he said, smiling softly.

"Uh well uh what does it say that you can translate?" She asked.

"Something about a spell... and that it must be cast by a wizard...." he muttered, struggling to translate it.
Peter nodded. "I know. But I want to," he said, smiling warmly.
Peter smiled softly. "You're welcome," he murmured, looking at her warmly. "I'll do some more digging, and if I don't find anything in an hour... I can start teaching you. But first," he held up a finger, poking her shoulder, "you should go get some breakfast," he said with a grin.
Peter watched her go with amusement in his eyes. He sat back down at the table and searched through the books once more.
((K ))Peter had gone through many books, but had not found anything yet. The smell of burgers and fries woke him up as he looked over and saw Bailey, a smile now on his face.
Peter laughed. "Oh really? Thanks for the warning," he said, chuckling softly as he took the bag and reached in, pulling out a burger.
Peter smiled as he unwrapped his burger, taking a large bite out of it. "Yum..." he mumbled, chewing slowly, savoring the taste. He finished half his burger and took some fries too.
Peter finished his meal, giving Bailey t he rest of his fries. "What happened to, 'I'm not that hungry'?," he teased, poking her arm.
Peter laughed softly. "I can see that. It's okay," he told her. "So, do you want me to start teaching you?" he asked, looking at her with bright eyes.
Peter turned to the books on the table. They all seemed like they were too hard for a beginner, so he headed into the fantasy section, and took a couple of books that were as long. He then grabbed a pen and paper, and sat down at the table, motioning for Bailey to join him.
Peter looked at her. "First, I have to teach you about vowels, and simple phrases, and an easy way to read simple words," he told her, smiling softly. "It might take a while, but I'm confident you'll get the hang of it."((Should we skip a few hours to where she knows how to read a little or...? Cuz it might take a long time lol))
