I just had to google everyone of these actors minus the kid from Holes...and I really, really like where all this is going! I hope that Hollywood does the series justice because if it's done right I could see it being bigger than Mortal Instruments and Twilight!

I also wish they could do better with Fallen. They already upset Mortal Instruments fans by placing Jamie as Jace. What a mess!

Because of who they cast...it's going to be hard for me to get behind the movie...The guy they picked to play Jace is totally not the way he is depicted in the books...and Clary looks way way to young.
I can't wait for when the movie comes out!! Well hopefully cuz i loved this book!

They should've asked out opinions! The fans and readers because we know the characters really well by now!

@ Meghan: I think they can do it perfectly. I just hope they can be like James Cameron with his Avatar.

I wish it was Warner Bros and James Cameron. I checked out the director on IMDB. I did not see his previous movies at all....oh my! (worry mode)
I wish Disney would stop buying the rights to the books I love! They always seem to butcher it because they have to make it so that younger viewers can watch it. It's like Breaking Dawn with the PG13 rating! >:l
I have no grudges against Disney. I love Pirates of Caribbean series and Disney executed them excellently.If the worst happens to the movie, I could just go back to my books....:)
Yeah, I loved PotC and Prince of Persia. That did good with those :) But I know that they are making "Wings" by Aprilynne Pike into a "made-for-TV-movie" on Disney Channel with the lead role cast to Miley Cyrus who is NOTHING like the character...
I think they cast the actors/actresses based on their experiences and movie quality. It is true that they let us down so many times. But we set our chosen actor/actress based on their looks while for the movie producers/directors looks can be altered with special effects.They cast Jamie as the super good looking Jace. Jamie looks totally different from Jace. But hey, what we can do is to watch the movie and give it a chance....:)

Lucy Hale will be interesting. I watch her on Pretty Little Liars so it will be weird seeing her as Luce :P

I think she looks the part, although I imagined Luce being less pretty. Also, her voice doesn't match what I imagined :P
There is no valid data yet about who will play who for Fallen series. There are so many fake list of players on the net, but Disney has not said anything about starting the role casting.I will just wait until Disney releases the list....:)

Yeah I bet these are all just rumors because there are rumors about many different people online regarding who id playing who in the movies. I just hope they choose right, for the love of all thats good!
Kaya's okay with me as Luce but I'll go for Alex Pettyfer as Daniel. HE's gorgeous! Very Daniel! :)

I'm from Australia and didn't know who these people were (Kaya and Max) so I googled them and they really don't fit the images I had of them. I'm assuming that they are well known in USA so I hope theie acting is good.

But that site was years ago, when Fallen was released and Disney said to have the rights. It was not about Disney has started the movie production or casting for Fallen.

Im confused...... :/ either way im happy with the cast so it doesnt really matter to me :)
I will definitely watch the movie no matter who they choose for each character. If the movie fails me, I still have my books.

Not too excited about luce's casting, but I think the guys are good :) and I think it would be amazing and a perfect match if sam off of icarly played shelby ! The sarcasm and toughness is all there !

All I know is is that Elizabeth Gillies is the PERFECT Arriane. Hands down.

The books weren't that *hot* and explicit, so Disney will do just fine, I guess. I don't know who that girl is, but she has many faces... I don't like all of them though. I do like Max as Daniel, he's not overly hot, but Daniel didn't sound overly hot to me either... This guy seems more fun actually. I'm VERY curious for Cam though!

Ah, thanx! I knew I'd seen it somewhere... ;) There are actually many great book-to-movie-flicks I want to see finished right now... Holy cow!
