Jenn I would have threw the book against the wall and wrote a strongly worded letter to Cassandra Clare!

Alejandra There wouldn't be a story in the first place without jace and clary together and I would be mad if she ended up with simon.

Taylor I would be ticked but i think jace and clary whould have ended up together anyways either they would have run off or something like that because jace and clary had really strong feelings for each other even when they thought they where siblings. And clary didnt care that they where siblings and jace wanted to run away with her at some point anyways didnt he... if i remember right anyways.

Ashlie I would have quit reading the books cuz it would make me angry lol

Silly That is so wrong.

AlbertaJenn Well, I believe that she wrote their love as a True Love kind of thing. So if they were siblings, then I think that their feelings would not have been True Love, and would have diminished after a while. Each would have moved on. Clary might have ended up with Simon, who knows? But I think that eventually, they would have had a semi-normal realtionship as two people who just learn they are related would have had.

I completely agree with you

Valerie That would be gross, and no one would really read the books

J.D. Field Oops, probably shouldn't hav read the title of THIS thread...

chinami Yuck!! that would have been an insult to every bro and sis and of course no one would read it.

Belle2908 I would kill myself. Straight away.

Jayden I doubt someone would kill themselves over this. That's a little drastic. And what's with all the comments saying 'no one' will read - like you guys can speak for every other person out there? If it bothers you then you're not going to like it, not going to read it or stop reading it - fine. But that's not going to stop me from reading the books, that's not going to stop others who still want to read the books. Speak for yourselves guys, I understand that just because I have no problem doesn't mean I can change any other's opinions on this but don't make assumptions that everyone else in the world will hold this to the same standards.

My best friends sister threw her book against the wall when she found out they were "brother and sister" and never finished the series. lol.

Terrie Reaves I would have burned my book.

Shay Thank you for the spoiler. Does this even belong in City of Ashes?? No. I don't mean to be mean, but seriously, why would you discuss this in the second book where we are supposed to believe they're brother and sister. No warning or anything...
