Does anyone know when the third book comes out?

I've read the first and second ones, but I'm afraid I will have forgotten the whole thing by the time the third one comes out. Anyone know when that may be?

I've read that Del Toro plans to turn the books into a series of films after the third one is published and he has completed some other films. Given how visual he is as a director I can't wait to see what he does with this.
I absolutely loved reading both books and can't wait for the third.
The hardback is out the same day or round about the same day. Paperback has no notification yet.
The Night Eternal came out Late Oct 10/25/11 . Read it and it was wonderful... Love love loved it!
